PSquared, afaik NimbleBit simply acted as advisors on the devwlopment of this game. It was developed by Disney and published by LucasArts (also Disney). You should contact them with you problem, and if you spent money on IAP and they won't/can't restore your lost currency, request a refund from Apple. I'm not sure why you would contact NimbleBit.
guys, cant find the game. says item is not available in the australian app store D: any suggestions on how to fix this??
It IS available in Australia. Don't use an iPod. https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/star-wars-tiny-death-star/id663576850 mnemo
They can't do nothing because it's not their game. You should contact the publisher. If you pay attention on AppStore you will see that this game was published by LUCASARTS not NIMBLEBIT.
Will this game ever be playable on an ipod i have been waiting for this game for a while and i find out i don't have a digital compass to play... That's awful
These are the scenes I have unlocked that aren't on your list. Have to say I'm not entirely sure if I remember the last two correctly, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Spoiler Ewok > Imperial Museum Luke Skywalker > Trash Compactor Luke Skywalker > Extending Bridge I have unlocked only Luke Skywalker (standard), not any of the other costumes. Does anybody know if you unlock all rebels, species, etc. if you play long enough? Or do you have to unlock some of them with bux? I've noticed that the prices of Bitizens in the store go down with building additional levels for your Deathstar (down to a minimum of 1 bux), but I was wondering if you are forced to spend bux on this, strictly speaking.
Am I missing the leaderboards? I liked being able to compete with my friends on the original Tiny Tower. Not sure why that feature isn't in their new game.
Is the third elevator noticeably faster at all? Because the 2nd one is very slow. And if anyone has the 4th elevator, what's that like? Thanks in advance.
It feels faster to me. Then again, I only have around 30 floors. The 4th elevator must be insane because it's more than 2.5x faster than the 3rd. Does anyone with the 4th elevator have a difficult time delivering in the Imperial floors?
I thought the third elevator was noticeably faster than the second, it took me a while to get used to. Especially with delivering Bitizens to the 'underground' levels it requires better timing. And on that note, I'd say that if the fourth elevator is about as fast as the one in Tiny Tower I'd be a real challenge to successfully deliver anyone 'underground', if not nearly impossible. For now I'm more than happy sticking with the third one. Edit: previous post beat me to it. And I'm at 39 floors now btw, but still think third elevator should be fast enough for the time being (+20 floors maybe).
Assume you're referring to second as meaning second upgrade. Meanwhile it's totally ingenious to have a faster elevator be a double-edged sword. Yes, upper levels can be accessed more quickly but lower levels mean more mistakes & THAT means zero coins for one's effort. Or, worse yet, sending Supply Officer to wrong floor. Plus, with 80 total levels (16 being below ground & garnering few coins for they don't have supplies), that means only 64 levels (minus the residential) are the only ones which continually afford one coins to level up! In TT, all floors (minus residential) were potential money-makers. On another note, another thing I've noticed is that after I chose to build upper levels vs. lower/Imperial ones, 50% of my VIPs were Supply Officers. I end up just bringing them to an available lower level so they won't clog the "VIP waiting" area. Has anyone else noticed this? What happens if ALL the lower levels are busy - is there a way to dispose of Supply Officer? Must say the Evil Force is NOT happy with me ignoring the "orders" (given that I must pay bux if I skip) of both the Emperor & the Imperial Force below. No doubt storm troopers will be knocking down my door any day now. What's that nois...
Much hate on here regarding missions. I got both of the bugged "have 30 Bitizens" Emperor mission and the "have communications level" Vader mission. I skipped the communications level mission, and guess what? Worth it. The next mission was have ~6 of this item and ~6 of that item, reward: 25,000 coins. The next mission was more demanding, but doable with the imperial levels I already had, and also paid out >20,000 coins. Even given that the longer you take to finish a mission, the less coins you get, it seems worth it, especially since, as yet (4 missions past the communications level bug mission), I still haven't been asked for items beyond what my current 5 imperial levels can produce. So, at least for the Vader/Imperial missions, they seem to be worth the effort, especially since you're inundated with supply officers anyway.
If Supply Officers are in Arrivals, they can be delivered, without using an elevator, by selecting the Imperial floor and clicking on Summon Supply Officer (unsure if credits are given). If all lower floors are busy, deliver them anyway to decrease time. Also, I agree with receiving more Supply Officers than other VIPs, especially Workers. Currently, I have over 40 items in each of my 4 Imperial levels.
That's good news on bypassing the comm level. Took your advice and just tried it and mission went back to a collect x items version. Only paid out $6300 but still glad to be passed that comm level. The following one was another collector mission that paid out a paltry $125 coins. One after that went up to $25,245 coins which my 5 imperial levels cover. Joy. I ended up satisfying the 30 bitizen mission when my population got 40. I guessed I had 10 bitizens when I picked the mission up. I'm at 27 levels.
Yeah, I guess you're right about that. The best elevator will net you the most money, with a higher multiplier and by just being faster. It's just that I would personally hate to miss unlocking a scene because of my elevator being too fast to deliver someone to the right floor. So I'll probably wait until I've unlocked all scenes before unlocking it. And on the subject of the scenes, I think that every person that appears in a scene of a floor can unlock that particular scene, or make it reappear. I've had different characters make the same scene appear at least once, or this could be a bug otherwise.
add 30 Bitizens "Bugged" Emperor quest I think I figured how this one works: You just need to add 30 individual Bitizens, not necessarily residential floors to accommodate 30 Bitizens permanently. Meaning, If you evict often, like I do, you'll reach this pretty easily. And the counter starts when you receive the quest. This is how it happened for me: I received the quest when I had 25 Bitizens in my tower. I added three residential floors and in the process of weeding out the non-9 skill Bitizens and restocking I completed the Emperors quest. At the time of completion I only had 39 Bitizens. You don't have to keep all 30, just get 30 butts into and through your existing residential floors. Hope this helps.
