The problem of Ima is - he's hard to promote that's why he's not my main focus. For bonus attack Phasma is much better than Ima, watch here for detail My main team are all easy promote either thru shipments or multiple ways to find shards Sidious (6*) with VII gear(purple) thru Squad Arena shipments: my current rank are from 50 - 150, getting 700 - 725 tokens per day. Luminara (6* - leader) with VII gear(purple) thru Galactic War shipments: I guarantee can get 800 tokens, sometime finish it 1.2k tokens. Chewie (5* - leader) with VII gear(purple) thru Squad Cantina Battle 1-C: ~5-10 shards per day, also can be found in 2-C(HARD) light and 3-E(HARD) dark. Daka(5*) with VII gear(purple) thru Squad Cantina Battle shipments: ~10 shards per day. ------ Dooku(3*) with VI gear thru 1-C(HARD) dark or 1-C(HARD) light, 6 chances per day.... getting it slowly.... sigh! one more shard to be 4* OR Talia(5*) with VI gear thru Squad Cantina Battle 1-G: ~5-10 shards per day, also can be found in 2-D(HARD) light and 2-F(HARD) dark. OR Jedi Consular (4*) with VI gear thru Squad Cantina Battle 3-A ------ Note: I found that your Galactic War opponents are selected based on either your current ranking in Squad Arena or current level, that means the higher ranking you have the harder you can complete the Galactic War. The guide described here is quite useful, especially the retreat trick... After the core upgrade to 7*, then I'm planning to do Phasma Stormtrooper Han Fives/Boba Fett
5-A hard - LITERALLY how? He spams a 20k heal constantly and takes 4 turns at a time so it immediately eats off any anti-heal buffs (he starts with it on, takes 3 back to back turns and it wears off, then he heals instantly). His absolutely ludicrous turn rate makes me think it's a bugged fight, but I'm not sure.
5A(HARD), light or dark side? light side should be easy, I had hard time on dark side tho only got 2 stars. Usually if I cannot beat that level in 3 stars, I'll park aside, leveling + gearing a bit before try again.
"A parade" is an excellent way to describe this genre of games, yes. Pay $3.99 on cotton candy, then sit and wait for all your favorite characters to stroll by while you "play." That's an autoplay app in a nutshell.
I think you never play Galactic War or you never win... because you need "Strategy" to survive and autoplay won't stand a chance here.. comment from others about GW "...I love Galactic War, as I feel it is the only game mode currently that provides a challenge to capped players and actually requires thinking to complete (along with a bit of luck)..."
I am getting allot of characters for free. This game you just need to get over a certain hump of getting characters then it's pretty easy to get people. You really do not have to spend anything if you have some patience.
Just started this one up, looks like I'll be slowing down progress in future fight for abit heh. Does this game have one of those 30 day allowance iap thingies? Their pretty much standard across this genre of game heh.
One bit of advice, when you unlock Cantina battles, try to focus leveling a team for Cantina. I lost 2-3 days worth of finishing all the dailies because my spread my training droids around and didn't level anyone to my level cap.

To be honest, this game is like a hearthstone for people with chickenbrains and too much time or money...
