I like the first one. Not trying to be picky, but could you make the color the same as the blue shoulder in the Pegasus armor if you have time of course. Also could you make me a little less transparent? You don't have to do it if your busy though.
The shoulder problem, well That would make it too similar to the original photo ( the head would be blue too. ) I worked out the transparency, I just thought "Oh if its elusive, then he should be kind of transparent!". Yeah I was just being kind of stupid. WAAAAIIITT did you want the title to be transparent or not? >.<
Umm I think Im going to make my photo less blurry now... edit: WOOT noooooooooooowwww theres a image! Anybody else want a mist? What color? Parcheesy or enjoo?
suggestions for the mist? I suppose its kind of odd, do you think I should change it? Different color?
That "mist" is a gradient/blur effect, right? Add it around the legs if you don't like how the character's feet is relative to the background, and it'll help it blend in more if you use it properly. The bits of blue in the shoulder don't look the same shade as the Phoenix Head at a glance, it seems to be a lighter blue. You can play around with the colours of the armour a little more if you actually create multiple layers of the armour as well for different parts (I'm not entirely sure if you've been using that just yet at a glance of your other armours). What I'm trying to say is that Enjoo's torso doesn't have to be "white" or light green relative to the rest of his armour -- you can actually make it much closer to "black" or the same shade as what the Phoenix Head is right now if you duplicate the armour layer, and then delete everything EXCEPT where the torso is visible -- that will allow you to control the colours of the torso separately to everything else. That's one of the things I did for my two photos so far: for the Red Thunder Armour, I had a separate layer for the visor and parts of the M-27B1, whereas for Lava's picture, there was a secondary layer which darkened parts of the image (namely his arms, the LIT07, and a bit of darkening on the Phoenix Head because it was a bit too bright).
Frankly, I think that actually looks more realistic than the original photo I put up. because there SHOULD be some orange influence on the armour given that it's so close to that much lava. I just avoided doing it because Lava wanted a black armour moreso than a dullish red. The only issue I see there is that the mist effect is obscuring the text a bit, and you've lost a bit of the glow on the armour because of the overlay. Try creating a separate layer and playing around with the "Clouds" or "Difference Clouds" effect, you'll get a different sort of mist effect
It is...? Probably takes about one or two minutes... What you do is you put Clouds or Difference Clouds on a separate layer, then create a layer mask. Colour ROUGHLY where you want to hide or reveal in rough dabs on the layer mask, and then add a gaussian blur to the layer mask to make the mist fade out more naturally. That seems fairly easy to me :/
Cool intro video and music This seems like it would be a fun game to play. I like the music. Is there different music for the various levels?
