Capricorn and DBC, if I may say so... (and please forgive me if this comes across as nosy or intrusive)

I've seen some of the games/threads that you two are floating around in, and it amuses me to no end that you're both quite interested in the rather...aptly named games that result in rather unfortunate innuendoes as of late :p

If I didn't have to be careful of who looks at my iPad, I'd very much go download a few of them just to see what they're all about behind the names :D

If you're referring to the thread I think you are, I have zero interest in the game, frankly largely on principle, and also because it seems stupid.

What I do find fascinating is the shameless way the developers are handling advertising via app naming, phony reviews, timed bumping of threads, etc.

    What can I say, I'm a psychology guy.;):D

They have timed bumping of the threads?? I didn't know they were being that meticulous with their marketing exposure...that seems somewhat smarter (and correspondingly sneakier) than the standard shilling I've been seeing here and there...

Point about it being stupid/immature overall. I still qualify on the "young adult" end of the spectrum though, so pardon me if my tastes in humour seem a little juvenile at times -- the shackles on my inner child are a little loose as of late :p

All the same though...who the heck is putting the apps through BOTH Touch Arcade and the AppStore? o______O

Please don't misunderstand me. The name is fine per se, but connected to a game that doesn't have much, if anything, to offer? Essentially a stupid marketing tool to package a virtually worthless game as something "edgy?" Yeah, no thanks.;):D

Can't wait to see what's next
Games that make fun of people's disabilities!!
If the app store sells it and there's a market for it then what's so immoral about it!!!
Just seems like a lot of games lately with questionable words knowing they can work the crowd for what else? Sales!

Oh riiiiiiight. Yeah, there's a general reason I'm relatively tight with my spending, despite recognising that developers deserve to earn income for their work: I'm not too sure whether I'm going to be happy with the content in the game, or perhaps even whether I'd want to play the whole thing through.

If they keep me hooked for a while, that's when I decide that they deserve my support. I'll usually go make an IAP more as thanks than anything -- though I'll also accept it as a small progress boost in the game if it's applicable ;)

    ----------------------

As a sidenote, both you and Capricorn have stumbled onto a rather peculiar quirk of my personality: as serious as I usually am, I can be hilariously gullible at times -- you'd be surprised what I can end up believing >_____>

You sound far from gullible but if you are my best advice is to go to Tibet and climb a high mountain where legend claims there's a cave in amongst the mountain where a wise sage lives. There you must stay and learn from this sage the ways of this world and after three years of training descend to civilization and hopefully your journey of enlightenment will help but if you're ever in distress just PM DBC or me:)

    Good for him!!!
I knew he had it in him:)
By the way DBC and undead.exe I rejoined the Star Warfare social group just so I can take advantage of the "Lounge" area
It looked kind of sad when it said I wasn't a member of any group earlier today!!!!!!

Is the white drill good for PvP?

Depends. Both the new weapons are very situational, but white drill works well for people without pinpoint accuracy, as it has homing capabilities. Not as much damage as some other weapons, though.

It's good if you can manage to get around the ridiculously slow bolts and the low amount of damage it is.

Probs PvE, I havent gotten drops from anything higher than Siegfried today, and I kind of want to see what the SAM can do with serpent.

As far as mumble; do whatever you want. I'll be on, but I may or may not be talking.
