Enough to solo serpent with no health packs or hyperclips. Though I did another run still using hyperclips. But now my PvP pack and PvE pack are the same.
Always looking for skilled players to boss. Hey, guys. My IGN is blackbench, Rank 10. I'm always up to boss. Feel free to add me.
Well I glitched my LIT but not my nova well sometimes. Well all I have to say is when I had nova lev4 is was SOOO weak compared to this. maybe its just I didnt use power armor... but this is definitely stronger.
Well yeah the glitch makes your fire rate insanely good. Maybe... Undead said that fire rate makes a bigger difference than power in PvP.
If the Nova and LIT07 have the same relative ratio of power in PvP as in PvE, then the LIT07 is clearly stronger: in its glitched state, the damage output exceeds what a Laser Cannon can do on its own. If, however, the LIT07 has been scaled down by about 20% of its power in PvP, then it would be the same power as the Nova when they're both glitched. While I'm guessing that the LIT07 hasn't been noticeably scaled down, it's a bit hard to tell with the trends from the other weapons: both the Crab and the M-27B1 feel like they've had some serious nerfing, and both weapons have a power of 700. However, the Trinity and the Black Stars have powers of 525 and 840 each, and are extremely powerful in PvP (I'm guessing they avoided damage scaling with relatively low powers -- but their damage output is much higher because they each fire three projectiles). The LIT07 has a power of 665. You could try testing many hits the two laser guns kill in, and then applying the glitched firerates to see which is more efficient. Don't glitch the guns for the test though -- that makes it just about impossible to count the number of hits, because they're quite fast.
Welcome As Enjoo said, you could join the Star Warfare Players's Group, found here --> http://forums.toucharcade.com/group.php?groupid=559 Check out the Match Set-Up thread in particular: the way we generally we use it, we make a post in that thread every time we wish to set up a PvE match. If you'd like to receive a notification on your iDevice when someone posts in that thread, go to the first page of the thread and follow the instructions in the second post. There's also a PvP-devoted thread called the "Team Match Set-Up Thread, TD and CTF", but we're fairly relaxed overall about whichever one you'd like to use for whatever. The majority of players on this forum seem to follow American timezones, but you've also got a few outliers in the European and Asian-Pacific timezones. Hope you enjoy your stay here
I don't want to weigh down the Thunderstrike Discussion thread with too many posts to keep it easy to access information, so I'll post this here, since this concerns multiple players: As I said a little earlier, I'll probably be too busy to conduct any video runs this weekend. I might have to keep my head down for the next week or so to get through what I've got on my plate, so if you see me around before then, I'm probably coming on too sporadically to do anything too organised at this point. ----------------------------------------- First up: Double Rages has a near-complete run, but I'm thinking of redoing it to at least capture the characters doing their victory poses. The main reason is because it just seems neater to end the video there rather than have it cut off just as the second Mantis is kneeling over. That, and that's where the latest Siegfried video cut off, and I think I'd rather make all the videos end around the same spot than have them cutting off at various different points (e.g. just before the boss dies, while the boss is kneeling over, midway through the victory pose, midway through the gold count-up, etc....) Enjoo and Superion, sorry about this, I'll try grabbing you two again if I can; if I can't, then Enjoo has at least one secure spot with Poison Pit, while I'll probably grab Superion for the Serpent run if that's necessary to ensure you're in at least one video. Secondly, to shake things up a little: try not to bring regenerating packs for any runs from here on in. The support's much appreciated, but most players who just bought the Thunder Armour probably won't have HP regenerating gear, and I'd like for people to see that you can take out all the bosses with one or two health packs being your only backup. You can still bring packs which regenerate your own health if you really like them, but just try not to heal the rest of your team while you're at it (mainly because those packs cost mithril/aren't easily accessible via gold purchases) What I would recommend for roaming players to do on the tougher bosses is to fall back to a camping point when your HP has fallen a bit low for your liking (e.g. 50%), and then demonstrate how you'd change your playstyle according to how you manage your HP. I will come back you up, so I'm not telling you to stay out of the way so you end up getting less bullets on the aliens Of the players who have expressed interest in participating at a certain point, this is where the spots in the finalised videos have been going so far: Arrow0x: none done yet Asasnator: Siegfried Enjoo: Poison Pit (may need a replacement spot for Mantis or Double Rages) JDualZ: none done yet JediKnight: needs a replacement spot for Siegfried Parcheesy Poison Pit, Siegfried <cannot do more if everyone is to run at least once> Superion: needs a replacement spot for Mantis and/or Double Rages DBC and Sheinfell, I've put you guys on standby for now because the game's worn you two down a bit, right? Don't want to force you guys to play against your will, but feel free to hit me up if you ever want to do something, whether it's here or in another game ...yeah, there are quite a few number of volunteers now. I might actually have to start planning times in advance again to ensure everyone features at least once, because with 7 active players, there's only space for 3 double-ups =.=" ------------------------- Long post, but main thing I wanted to say is that I'm thinking about this, even if I'm not uploading anything yet. I might try to get Mantis done at some point, and then start uploading them in order of difficulty from there -- it'd be a bit weird if Double Rages and Serpent went up first, and then Mantis was uploaded last, seeing how that insect is a pushover
Haha alright, well good luck with your work that you have. I wouldn't mind helping out whenever, so feel free to send me a PM about it or anything you have in mind. BTW, if you want to play a different game or something just let me know in a PM or something cause this board is suppose to be about SW, but I play large variety of different games. =p
