That's very true. It is a suitable weapon, however, when there are more than two or three horde players. Six seconds of full fire, no, but repeated fire that our damages regeneration, yes.
HAPPY 1000TH POST! HAUNTED HOUSE PARTY AT THE MILLENIUM ZOMBIE'S GRAVEYARD! ... I'd make a speech, but my jaw sorta fell off about 300 years ago. Decomposition, y'know? Here's to getting to know you TouchArcade guys over the last 1000 verbose posts I've made
What? Green Mantis, Purple Mantis, and Aggro-Superion? >.> ------------- Another 1,001 posts to go until I hit my most frequently used match password >.>
Dentistry is where it's at, people, you'd know particularly well if you play BTHD: Notice how ToothAche is missing a lot of teeth? Notice how there's a clear overabundance of Drill-Mechs? Conclusion: That boss must have a loooot of dental work done...
New horde: must have tank chest and andro legs and viper everything else. Have most basic pack and a grenade launcher. (puts you at speed 4). Very slow but kind of dangerous at close range. Survivor has whatever they want.
Very...VERY slow. I tried chasing down and running away from Superion in a 1v1 Apocalypse match just then when my total speed was 7. It was positively agonising. I would suggest that even with a bit of extended range with the Grenade Launchers, the Survivor/Juggernaut is going to find the Horde absolutely no trouble at all unless they're actually trying to engage them at close range: they don't have the speed to chase the solo guy, nor do they have the speed to run away. -------------- I'm looking at the full Hydra set and thinking that it might be suitable for a Horde that has nothing but swords, balance-wise: it's got the same total power as the Fortune set (+5%) and one extra speed, but their overall mobility isn't going to come close to the solo person unless the solo guy is really trying to weigh himself down. Total HP is 4250 or something -- still very easy to knock over, though it's a question of whether the starting assault rifle is already too strong for this game-type.
Do you think we can try some mumble? I didn't get to do the original test, but I really want to voice chat. It's better for communication and all :/
