If you want, sure. Looks as if the horde doesn't need to be any stronger than it is already, though we could possibly switch the Cutter for a shotgun if that's proving too strong at close range?
...okay, we're in SERIOUS trouble this time horde guys =.=" -------- Aaaaaaand it looks like it's me on my own >.> -------- 9 minutes of repeated deaths against an armour that regenerates per kill clearly isn't gonna go my way. Sorry I left early, but we both know how that was gonna turn out >.>
Aww D: sorry about that, but I won't ever underestimate that basic rifle ever again. You singlehandedly brought me to 55% health with that rifle >.>
...has that rifle been scaled upwards or something? I would've thought the Cutter should be more dangerous if someone could run in close for a melee strike...
I daresay you might get a better Apocalypse game style out of getting the Horde to use Energy Gloves then...care to test that out? (As in, let me shoot you a few times, and then take me out however you want -- more damage testing than anything) Or we could go for one random game where we're both using nothing but the Energy Glove, but I think that's going to take a while... ---------- And yes, I'm being quite serious: if the starter rifle can knock you down to 55% HP, I think it might actually be more dangerous than the Glove.
That works. Or maybe have the horde only with cutters, sort of to symbolize a zombie type thing (they have to get close to strike)
You might need a smaller map than Y8 Factory or Reactor then: those two are much too big for the Horde players to get close to the juggernaut when the juggernaut has access to much higher speed builds -- all one would need to do is spend the whole match running away and avoid getting cornered, and it'd be impossible for the horde to actually kill the solo guy, particularly if they've got any sort of regenerative capabilities. Btw, if we're talking Zombies/Survivors, that's closer to Parcheesy's original suggestion then
I'm going back to an armour with higher HP, or you wouldn't be able to tell how long it takes to kill someone with higher HP levels.
It's taking about 12 or 13 hits to take out the Phoenix and Cygni Armours (both have 55,000 as a full set). In other words, 6 seconds of sustained fire. Might not be so suitable for the Horde, but it's comparatively bad damage when stacked against the other available options. -------- THAT was the reason I said to drop the Energy Glove from any RPG Combos -- the other RPGs are doing closer to 20-25% of a Phoenix's HP bar, whereas the Energy Glove does a little under 10% per shot.
