I didn't kill the Poison Pit boss till I was rank 6 and had full thunder armor, though the first time I killed him, it was with another person. So the boss had a ton more HP then normal. yeah, if you see the crab jump up into the air, stop firing and start running to the left or right, and don't stop till he lands just to be safe. That way you won't get hit by his "ground pound" effect. The BEST tactic to kill the Poison Pit boss is to just stand REALLY close to him, that way he CAN'T charge at you, making one of his moves (his hardest to dodge move) obsolete. Also when your that close, he will revert to trying to melee you repeatedly, but its REALLY easy to dodge. I can simply just walk left or right or backward while firing and dodge any melee attack he has. Though I have 8 speed.
Hey Asasanator, Was wondering if u could help me beat Siegfired, I keep teaming with people that die to fast or aren't helping I guess... I've got atom body and legs,arms with a Titan head and a Nova lvl 3 I think... Also if anyone else wants to join in that's cool, we just need a time or whatever.... Also we could do some PvE teams with 4 TA people vs other random phienix,white and black heads...(I dunno, I hate all those people cuz they constantly kill me off no matter how good I get I dunno how far Ill upgrade my gear? For right now I'm fine with atom... Then focus on upgrading my nova and getting a better pack(although the STK or the cheapest STK.. Is still good they've gotten alot better and prObly will come out With even more soon. Also I want a purple sword I guess to replace thr crappy regular one... Also the sniper rifle thing looks cool I dunno... I don't see them stopping making mote and more stuff which is cool...just hope they can make it balanced while still having different setups And not just a bunch Phoenix's with laser cannons and projEctile swords with floating backpacks etc...
man i am getting sick of all the phoenix suits with trinity bow. it seems like theres at least one in every game. im using the best hybrid with maxed nova..and i cant do a damn thing to em! the worst is when these lames got so much money to blow...they just keep using full hp healthpots whenever they get low.. ending up with scores like 20-0 or something x____x
Yeah the game is pretty unbalanced as far as PvP goes. I would recommend not bother playing PvP unless you want to make the game only allow players rank 1 through 8 to join. Players rank 9 will 99% of the time have full phoenix gear, and players above rank 9 will be more like a 60% to 70% of time. Also I'm sure 99% of the players who have that full phoenix gear are jail breakers/hackers. Horrible horrible idea on the developers part for making BETTER gear that only IAP players can have.
So, anyone wanna do Poison Pit? My game center is in the sig. Also, I just bought a pack that gives me +40 HP per kill. Do alien kills count? Or, it works the other way around and only counts TDM/F4A kills? Or both?
Phoenix suits really suck. And You're right, theres at least One in everything Game with that Suit and the bow -.- Cant wai for the Next update, i really Hope they'll balance pvp...
They don't use health supplements. The suit recharges your health with every kill. @ everyone who complains about phoenix + trinity players: They're not invincible. Learn their weakness(es) and play accordingly. If you know how to counter the build they'll be easy to deal with. If they're using the trioavatar pack, as soon as you see green stop firing and run away and keep your distance, you only need to last for 5 seconds without getting hit.
Respawn Glitch The devs really need to fix the glitch that allows opposing players to incur damage upon a player mid-spawn.
That is great and all that you found a "weakness", but that is only because your a IAP player as well. Try playing with non IAPs, its not possible to beat a full phoenix player with the trinity bow/laser cannon 1v1 while using non IAP gear. Unless your hacking an aimbot and fully upgrade the railgun or the player who has IAP gear isn't trying at all. Their is no way that you can deny the fact that IAP armor and weapons are significantly better, and any player who has them will win if they actually know how to play. The only chance us non IAP players have is that if we stay away from them AT ALL COSTS and only kill the players who don't hack/buy IAPs. If I had full phoenix gear and IAP weapons, my kill death ratio would match the amount of players that I have killed, because I would never die. Though..if I had all of that, I wouldn't bother playing. It wouldn't be any fun being that much overpowered against anyone I played.
Don't be so quick to assume there, buddy. I have non-IAP builds and I can beat phoenix users. I've also been beat by hybrid + nova users in 1v1...but that isn't to say I didn't win the match . Most phoenix/trinity users aren't even good with horrible play style/accuracy, and you'd be surprised how easy it is to take them out with the right tactic. If you're smart and know how to play the game strategically, coupled with decent accuracy, you'll prevail. You don't need to have IAP or be an IAP user to fulfill the aforementioned. I don't doubt the IAPs are better either, obviously. But I know for a fact they aren't invincible, and prone to weakness in certain conditions.
So your saying you can kill a phoenix player 1v1 before they can kill you once without having IAPs? Sure I guess it could happen, but only once in a blue moon or you really have to be a talented player and be dedicated to this PvP aspect of the game..which I'm sure very very very veeeeerrry few people are. I'd rather just spend my time else where doing something more productive or something that is actually competitive, not unfair. I'm just simply saying they are SOO overpowered that it is not worth trying to kill them, sure they can die but that only happens after you have attempted to kill them and ended up dying 3+ times or if you manage to triple team up against one. I mean honestly with those statistics, its so clear they are overpowered. I really don't see how anyone can argue against this..its as plain as day that they are overpowered, I'm pretty sure the developers designed it that way. Though I'm not one to care about PvP honestly, I just hope they don't bring this method of gear to the PvE aspect of the game.
I've really tried it many hours, of course its possible to kill them, but it's Not worth it!? You get Killed so many Times, and i don't think that this should Be the Point of the Game, to spend so much Time and Energy on trying to kill These overpowered guys. If you Look at them, they often wear suits and weapons, if you Count all the mythril its about 25$ ? so i would Be really happy if it gets more balanced, or they create a stronger armor for Gold.
Rather spend your time sitting on a hill to farm hordes of the same repetition of NPCs for hours? Sounds way more productive lol. Anyway, I'm not arguing that they're not overpowered; you've missed the point. All I'm saying is they are beatable, even in a 1v1 if you play right. I also agree that developers should design "free" gear that stands more of a chance, but not equal.. they could have at least made the trioavatar pack non-IAP.
Ok so I previously mentioned i bought a 72 mytrhil pack... i just found out i was billed twice... after talking with the devs, they said i couldn't be refunded, so they gave me 100 mytrils... now i have 128 mythrils and I'm trying to figure out what to get... or if i should save for the 200 mythril bow thiking about -FLOAT -Triple Bow -Sam 005 pack -Phoenix Helmet -Freedom pack (although i want the Blade Master pack cuz i use the third sword, so i dunno about packs... but infinite bullets sounds great for boss hunting or infinite waves) My ultimate goal is to have the full Pegasus suit(even though Phoenix is better), Freedom Pack(might be useless later if i have money to waste on energy) and Crab But i REALLY want a bow... i never pass up bows on any games where they are available

Sure it is more productive, I actually am getting somewhere in the game as opposed to watching the respawn timer count down. Honestly what would fix most of this PvP is the ability to have a setting when creating a game to allow or not allow IAPs, would be a great addition since then we could play players at our own level regardless of our rank in the game.

i was wondering why he said its not worth it... looks like the highest damage auto gun(light ones, i know the second gatling can get more dps, but -2 SPD) And i was wondering, how does the "plasma weapons contaminate the ground" work? will the Crab leave a poison puddle or something?
