So basically, it's a way of peppering opponents in your field of vision, but you're left fairly unguarded from behind. Or rather, you can turn to look at whoever's attacking you, but you can't really move?

Speed really helped me kill you with my laser cannon at 10 speed

 

Not everyone's a tycoon, buddy. Glitched laser guns are far more accessible to most players, so why not?
