I think the Perseus can actually survive both railguns if you don't have enough power in your set-up. Either only one of my shots registered when I tried shooting a Perseus user, or the Cygni/STK set-up doesn't have enough power to knock over the full Perseus Armour (40% power in total). I'm not sure if that still holds true for someone with 45% power though.
I'm guessing everyone would have wanted to know what I was using that match. What I was wearing and what I had in my six slots, huh?
Damn straight I saw what you did there Vegeta You won't live for long in the Atom Armour, no...but neither will anyone else if you can shoot them first. It's one of those offensively-geared PvP set-ups where the first person who strikes will win.
If you want to tell, then by all means, please enlighten us. If you wish to keep it a secret, then that's fine too. It's just a bit pointless to prolong the conversation by stringing people along and never actually paying out on what you're hinting at.
Enjoo you might be interested. A great "lure/defensive" setup is... Full CYNGI + the 60 per sec regen pack. Just ran a CTF in it. Pretty good.
If you're the flag carrier, I think you get a power boost. That makes it easier to pick off people trying to kill you whether you're using the Nova or a Windblade (Trinity in the case of our resident archer here), at which point, you simply hide and let your HP regenerate. Useful set-up indeed, JK
I was using a Full Cygni Armor set, for the RPG bonus, and in my six slots, I had: The Black Stars, RPG-21, RPG-24, RPG-31, an Energy Glove, and a Hyperclip. As for pack choice I chose the Visnu, as it gave me a half decent power boost, but a very spammable skill that I'd activate every time I'd face off with JDualZ. Even Hyperclipped at 9,000 damage each, I would only suffer a good 5,400 worth of health. Which isn't a whole lot, even factoring in the armor scaling. Edit: Every weapon I used is at Level 8.
Also, actually you get SLOWER when having the flag. Yeah a full cyngi with foat outran me when I used full cyngi with stk (I just switched my pack) so speed is more nessecary in ctf.
Wanna play another match, I'll make it, YB Factory 2002. Guess what, we have a special guest, ArchAngel is coming
Is that...efficient? I would've suggested dropping the RPG-21, unless you were tapping to cycle through it continuously without moving (which would explain what Enjoo was talking about earlier with you not moving).
Hiding really isn't an option in CTF unless you're surrounded by teammates or are in a HUGE map. Every player has an automatic lock on the flag, so even a two year old with basic motor skills could drag the character in the direction of the flag bearer.
Basically all I could see out of my screen were swarms of rockets and energy pulses flying towards the enemy.
