Undead, what would you say if I spent about 50 million more of my gold to achieve the status of owning absolutely everything in the shop? All of the armors, weapons, and packs?
Since I have full cynigi I checked and no. Cyngi is still more powerful, checked on my rpg, 25 more power!
Across all three rockets, the power armour is stronger by about 50 or 51 damage points. So technically, yes. Also factor in the amount of speed you want though, because it's not a proper power competition between those two: the power hybrid clearly kills things faster when you start shooting them, whereas the Cygni is better suited to hit-and-run.

Woah whoah whoa. It isnt. We use the new power armor trading the pegasus boots for perseus. I customized and cyngi is still stronger. Though I would not switch out for 100 dps. Why? Well your nova and cannon are going to be VERY weak.
I'd say, I'm thankful I'm not in your position. Because for me, that's one less reason to play the game once I've bought the store out. Beware of the impending update though, we may or may not get more store content. Otherwise, that's quite impressive if you've actually grinded your way to buying everything. There are already quite a few players with everything in the store, but they're either IAP hacked or savefile duplicates.
The hard goals are next D: trust me, I won't quit anytime soon, for three reasons: 1. I haven't hit 1 billion gold yet (that will take me a LONG TIME, from 500m to 1B) 2: I haven't fully upgraded everything yet, and lastly 3: there are still willing Tarc'ers who are here and that play, so that's a main reason.
