Hmm...Trinity is the preferred weapon for PvP, from what I've seen, though I must admit to AUDIBLY cackling like a crazed maniac when I start running around and killing everyone with the Black Stars because of its sheer mid-range power. That being said, a large part of it may have to do with my usage of the Cygni armour in PvP, because the Cygni's speed offsets the Black Stars' speed penalty, and the 20% damage boost to RPGs offsets the Cygni's lack of power. If you already have the Windblade AND you like using the Cygni Armour in PvP, I'd suggest getting the Black Stars because of the increased range and different pace of the weapon. Otherwise, you won't be disappointed with the Trinity's level of killing power - its effective range is greater than that of the Windblade. The R700-AA isn't something I'd recommend unless you like experimenting like me, or unless you're a relatively proficient sniper. ------------- Upon re-reading the posts that came after I finally put this up, looks like you already got all my main points down, Enjoo. Trinity if you want something safe and powerful, Black Stars if you want something that feels different.
two questions I 've had for Undead for a really long time: What does EXE stand for? and is it a coincedence that you and Superion have the EXE in your names?
I cannot say about Superion's case, though I'm under the impression that he joined the forums after me. As for me, it's just something that stuck after I started using this name quite a while ago. If anyone's ever played the "Megaman: Battle Network" series, you'll know that all the digital characters (Navi's) are actually programs, so their names go along the lines of "Megaman.exe". That's where the "exe" part of my name came from. As for the "undead" component...I frankly don't have a clue. I must have been into zombies or something, or I otherwise just settled on that after brainstorming through more flamboyantly outrageous names. Now I sound like a virus file, and I've actually been nicknamed "Virus" on various forums I've been around in. Enjoy (not a typo/autocorrect this time >.>), and be sure to use it at longer ranges if you see a Windblade/Trinity guy trying to run up to you: the amount of damage you'll do to them will make them start panicking, it's quite hilarious seeing whether they choose to run in or run away
Same here. I got "inspiration" from a kid show years ago. Then I misspelled it. It was silly and funny so I went with it
