Enjoo, I might have a technique for you if you want to eliminate the start-up time for the M-27 and the Laser Cannon if you're interested? It might require two hands though.
Sorry undead.exe in serpent It's been awhile since I've played serpent Should have had a second health shot!!! Siegfried anyone 2012
Actually, I sorta died too... Either I'm getting rusty, or I really can't play this game properly without my trusty iPad stand
Capricorn, sorry, I might not join your match for now. But read this post as well, because you might actually find it useful as well if you want to fire the M-27 with a shortened start-up lag. Enjoo: remember how I was talking about weapon switching earlier? Well, there's one other way of doing it with the Laser Cannon or the M-27. Start by equipping the weapon that comes immediately BEFORE the Laser Cannon or M-27 (you can even switch from one to the other if you'd like). What you need to do is press your right thumb down on the right stick to start firing with that other weapon, and then use your LEFT hand to TAP the weapon scroller (do NOT drag the scroller at all, not even by a pixel). If you do it correctly, what will happen is that you will immediately switch to the Laser Cannon or M-27 and start firing with no charge-up time. It's possible to do the "tap"with the index or middle finger of your right hand on an iPad, but I find it considerably harder to do properly: I keep dragging the scroller a little, which will cancel the weapon tap-switching. I suggest you start up a PvP match on your own and try it out a little. To reiterate, the idea is that if you start firing with one weapon, and then switch to the M-27 or the Laser Cannon, they will start firing without a charge up time. If you tap the weapon scroller without dragging it at all, it will automatically change to the next weapon for you. By pressing the right stick and changing weapons a split second later, you can make the guns fire almost instantaneously. If you happen to play piano, or any other musical instrument, think of the timing like an "embellishing note" - the fingers definitely come one after another, but you want the time lag to be as short as possible, while not making them simultaneous. That's when you get maximum efficiency out of this technique (because your aim won't be thrown off by a mere tap, as opposed to dragging the weapon scroller)
