Guys, take it easy for a second. I'm not sure how it looks to you guys, but it feels like the bragging and defensiveness was getting a little too dangerously close to the "I pwn noobs" mentality - it's fun to win, but let's not get too carried away with it. Like Darth Ronfar said, the PvP matches on here are supposed to be about friendly games and enjoying ourselves :p

If what I just said doesn't seem to describe the situation at all, feel free to pretend I never said that - just making sure we're all cool here :D

I do, actually - it was originally part of my old loadout. I had 5 or 6 weapons in my bag when I did that though, so I've been shuffling it around to make my loadout flow more smoothly.

As for why I might choose a Windblade over the Trinity? The speed penalty - despite the melee resistance of the Perseus Armour, every little bit of speed helped with either getting the jump on an opponent, or slipping away if the person saw me so I couldn't surprise them.

Oooh boy. As much as that sounds fun and I know how cool you two are, I think I'm starting to see my prediction of a player blacklist develop...

...ahh well, not on my head. We could all describe some annoying player behaviour to discourage the good guys from doing that sort of thing ;)

They really should have added iCloud support to this game. I just couldn't justify the space it was taking up on my device with all of the premium, non-grindhell required games that are in my queue.

My rank was the first in the highest tear; I had a wind blade, fully upgraded nova, over 50 crystals just hanging around, etc...

Oh well. That's what ya get for putting so much time into a free game.

    Greyskull:
You know that everytime you play online with a Gamecenter account, Freyr makes a backup of your playerdata on their servers?
So, if you ever reinstall it, you will get your last savegame restored.

What sort of iCloud support are you thinking of? Because while the game doesn't use iCloud to sync your saved progress between iDevices, it DOES actually its own facility for syncing and restoring your game progress between iDevices.

Specifically, every time you log online with your Game Center account, the server makes a copy of your gamesave (i.e. equipment bought, what upgrades they were at, gold/mithril on hand, and I think even your leaderboard stats). If you attempt to log online and there's a discrepancy between the gamesave on your iDevice and the data the server is holding, it will ask you whether you want to download the server data onto your iDevice, or whether you want to replace your server data with whatever you have on hand.

If you needed to make room for other games, that's certainly fine, but just know that you can actually start the game right where you left off if you decide that you want to play it again :)

TL/DR: read what Sheinfell wrote. He beat me to the draw xD

    Bankrupt

I'm broke! I literally have zero gold right now o___O

Well, I do have ammo and mithril, but I find it somewhat hilarious that I'm literally sitting on $0 right now. Those upgrade costs really burn a hole in your pocket :p

Practise PvE every so often. I haven't played boss runs properly in a while, so I've noticed a rather drastic decline with my sniping ability. I can still use the M-27, but that's because it's more tactics and positioning than aiming skill for me with that thing.

Dang you guys are broke? You guys must play PvP a lot. I honestly don't think I could go bankrupt even if I tried....well maybe if I tried upgrading weapons I wouldn't (or no one for that matter) ever use.

I'll probably start playing this more often when they release some new gear that has potential or if they release some new PvE content. I never could get into PvP...it just felt like even if I got any good at it, it would be because I farmed the easy players and dodged the IAP geared players, which is pretty lame IMO.

HOLY CRAP, you are a rare and legendary presence on here o___O

That's just the thing for me: I'm going bankrupt because I'm now trying to buy out the store, and the upgrades are draining quite a bit of gold. The equipment I needed for PvE was gathered a looooong time ago thanks to your rather influential advice much earlier in this thread :p

I'm finding a few weapons that are useful in PvP now...useful, but hellishly expensive to upgrade to full power. PvE seems like the more rewarding side of the game, but like you said, we're beginning to run out of content and gear. So I'm gathering equipment and making theories about strategies and gaming techniques to tide myself over until the new content hits.

I usually prefer figuring out how to take out monster IAP/mithril players in PvP, although I've admittedly become one myself with the amount of mithril gear I've started amassing >.>

Wasn't here for the fall were you? People not contributing to boss fights so we got mad and I started to quit when Darth Ronfar suggested PvP so thats why...

I didn't mean to keep anyone from playing how they wanted.. I don't see why people don't like PvP... I know it's unbalanced and all but I still find alot of enjoyment from it even playing with people I don't know.

I guess I figured playing with people on here would help with that... But I guess not as I haven't really been able to set up anything I wanted because people only want to play one match or nothing... Dont understand why people are so against this??? I have many matches where I come out as the top player with 12 kill and no deaths and some I can barely do anything.. There's no point in not playing because of whatever reason, maybe other people can't have fun in PvP? I think it's fun I find I can apply strategies that allow me to have fun and not get mad when i die in two seconds or whatever.

Didn't think there was so much rivalry here(maybe not I dunno) I hope anything I've tried to do hasn't taken away any fun for anyone. I'll be happy playing no maters who it is and hopefully things will be ok..

It seems everyone here like talking about a these stats when that just nit my thing...I just wAnna play any kind of game. Sorry I'm not a good set up kind of person.. I wish someone was though... Have TA PvP matches going all day long...

I like your idea, we play PvP but sometimes we don't have the time or have other things to do. You haven't taken away any fun. Asasnator just doesn't like PvP but undead.exe and I are fine with it, just explaining how everything happened. I agree with you and hope to play with you often. We talk about stats too much, true... But usually I only have a computer not an iPad... But I look forward to play with you more often.

BTW when I said "anyone doubt my skill?" I was half joking...

We don't really have rivalry here...

Hahaha I was tempted to go buy all the none mithril weapons on the store..and I still certainly could, but I kept telling myself that if they released a new machine gun or laser rifle/cannon it would probably cost 70mil+ to upgrade fully and I only have 133mil or something like that so eh...lol

Also, I actually love PvP for most games RPGs and Shooters, but in this game the unbalancing really annoys me. I dislike the idea of letting players buy their way to the top with real money, but that isn't the thing that really bothers me, it bothers me that it takes probably a month or so to earn a decent amount of mithril to buy that better gear. But what you gonna do? lol so I just moved on when all that really left was to play PvP. I still occasionally (maybe once every 2 weeks...lol >.<) get on to help out random new players in PvE though.
