Would it work as well in a full room if your opponents were tougher? My main concern was that the regeneration may not necessarily save you in time if you kept running into tougher opponents. Then again, if you're regenerating 25% of your total HP bar in 15-20 seconds...hmm >.>
Well on my team there was a tank guy and on the oyher there were a cyngi and an atom and a noob. I was pretty much taking on all three, fine the tank guy killed the noob a couple times, and the tank guy gave me 1 assist, so I consider it a pretty succsesful run, because if I had tougher opponents, I should have tougher teammates as well, because I can take on 2 guys at a time pretty much, without dying once.

Uhm, ya think? I just played with a few players who were risking their lives to allow me to kill everything... it was quite harrowing actually, watching them running around not ever firing their weapons, only so I could have the satisfaction of killing everything... it was like we were communicating without words, you know? I'll concede that some players are more anxious and/or attempting to be less obvious, hence the running around bit. I've played with many of them, but this whole "debate" is just silly. Seriously? Hmm. Sheinfell, be advised: I'm still up for trying to use the speed-build as alien bait later this week, but I think that's about all I'll want to come of it: as an experiment for our own purposes. I'm no longer comfortable with having the idea emulated and/or propagated beyond us, not under my influence at least.
I only use two weapons(laser cannon and M2781) but I have a sniper rifle as a third. I think it's easier for you because it's more of a natural position. On iPod touch, my finger is cramped. And I have never played like this
Someone with full atom except heqad which was tank and the second best assault rifle survived Double Rages. It was amazing.
Did freyr make Siegfried easier? Because all it took was my setup and one hyperclip to the head to leave him dead.
As in other people - say freeloaders - picking up on it and abusing it? I never thought about that, to be honest, because what I saw this other guy pulling off looked damn dangerous to me, and not like something your typical freeloader would do. And I still stick with my opinion that he was not a freeloader, mainly because he did his job during the boss fight But you and DBC have a valid point, and I concede. Unfortunately I have no idea how we can keep the idea from spreading. There is always a chance that someone is reading here and picking up on it. So maybe it is best to just drop it. Just for the record: I still think that this could be made into a working strategy, *for a team* ; you would have to coordinate before the match: who fills which role, and brings what equipment. Hhmm... I do not know about PvP, but could this work there, provided you can choose who is on your team? I imagine that someone with SPD>10 will be quite hard to hit. So *maybe* this could work, e.g. let the flag carrier be a Speeder, with support from a sniper and a heavy gunner.
I did a siegefried run and purposely lost 30,000 health and then ended up starting the actual boss fight with 30,000ish health a little bit more. Wow.
