I was surprised how much health my HC+Cannon took out in those few seconds I was under the purple mantis. Like 50% O.O

Yeah, we were really close. My cannon was nearly about to kill it, but it popped its shield as soon as our guns were finished their charge up.
I've never played online before, do I have to register in order to play online? I really appreciate all the help.
You just need a gamecenter account to play, nothing in game. Drummer, so I can't play I joined but WCFields wasn't there so I wasn't allowed.
