OK, that's funny. Twice in a row I thought you had gone. I just lost connection twice in a row with decent teams on Serpent. First time it was early, but I could tell we were going to do well based on how the others were playing. Second time? Serpent had about 5% health, and all of us had almost full health. I don't even think anyone had used medkits. It wasn't even like we were trying, it was just flowing, and then bam, gone. I think I'm gonna pack it in for the night. I've got to sign up for classes tomorrow morning, and my eyes are getting heavy... I gotta tell ya, with each new upgrade I have to relearn patience all over again. That Perseus gear makes me feel invincible... until I die. G' night! DBC

The need for in app purchases, which may be good for the devs, is something that actually induces fear within the gamer. I like it. The game is good. But they should be able to play it by working hard for the stuff they get and not break the game by nearly gutting you to buy the stuff with actual cash. Still, great job overall!

Hey guys, has anyone ever done a breakdown of how Mithril is distributed? I mean boss by boss, what your maximum for each day is? I know that you get a maximum, say 1 Mithril for Mantis, but if you beat a boss that gives you 4, could you theoretically beat the boss and get 3, and then 2, and then 1, provided you beat it another 3 times during the same day? I must say, I love this game, but the Mithril situation is really frustratingly stingy and overly complex/random. If you beat the boss, you should get your max on the first try, or at least some guaranteed pay-out. Frankly, I wouldn't even care if they raised the Mithril gear prices if they would implement this change... I'm asking and complaining above p) because I did a random fun run last night on Mantis with my Windblade and got a Mithril! Having done Mantis 9-10 times during the day, I couldn't believe I hadn't gotten a Mithril yet, and then I wondered if I had missed other Mithril drops. DBC
Well this argument has gone on before and lost, Freyr never changed it, I agree that the first time you defeat a boss you should get mithril for sure. But the mithril drop rates are 1/3 - 1/4 but it doesn't seem like it. And the mithril you could get are: -Mantis: 1-2 -PP: 1-3 Rest(I think): 2-4 And that is if you are lucky. That's why I am so tempted to get something mithril instead of saving for the laser cannon(161 mithril right now, barely half way) But the price of mithril has just gone down...
Thanks for the response. Where I'm confused is, if I kill Mantis and get 1, can I still get 2 later? Is the first pay-out always the highest? I could be wrong, but I don't think that's been my experience, which would make the Mithril thing even more annoying. If I understand it correctly, I should get my max at some point, and then 1 less at some point, and then 1 less at some point, until I hit 1 Mithril, and I'm done with that boss? It just doesn't seem like that's what's been happening for me... Yeah, I'm loving this game, and I'm OK with the Mithril I have (not much after buying the WB), but it sure seems unreasonably unbalanced and unclear... DBC
I think so but the mithril drop rate decreases VERY VERY much so the probability of that happening is very slim. But getting 1 and 2 is the same probability of getting 2 and 1 both very rare so don't count on it, I have never had this happen yet.... Yet....
So, and forgive me for continuing to worry this, you're saying I could get a 1 Mithril drop first and then a 2 Mithril drop sometime later? So the probability of getting a drop goes down, while the actual quantity of successive drops can increase? Wow, it's as confusing as I thought... DBC
