    Yeah! I'm pumped! 7 hours to go for me!

    Quick comment: there has been some complaints about the 8 way controls. Any plans for full analog controls in the near future?

    Personally, I don't think I'll mind the current set up.

    Oh yeah, an update for arrows would be awesome too!

    By some complaints do you mean 1 complaint? lol! There are always a select few who would have things another way. If we switched to analog, we'd probably start getting request for 8-way!

    Jokes aside, analog controls are something we can look into but the truth is the 8-way directional pad help with your accuracy. It also puts a degree of timing into the game which ads to the fun.

    That said, we'll definitely listen to the masses on this one.

    Haha yeah, I guess so. Someone mentioned a review, but I guess they meant the impression.

    I guess it's, more so, people showing concerns, but haven't actually played the game yet. Me...I don't mind the fact that it has 8 way controls.

    What about the arrows?

    Yeh I said about analogue - I just got the impression due to second stick it was analogue shooting, wudda preferred that but I guess 8 way will do fine, worked for contra.
    Still waiting on UK release

    Do you mean arrows for a directional pad instead of the dual sticks? Do you think there is an advantage to the arrows?

    Yeah, it's the way I play games. Take a game like Lumi for instance my thumb was always on the joystick when moving and doing things. i never had to take it off the screen due to how the game plays.

    With this game, I fell like I will be doing a lot of taking my hand of the screen to adjust where I'm at, ans sometimes I'll want to do a couple of quick taps to the left or right. Or hold on a right arrow, pop my thumb up to do a simple tap on the left, and then go back. I hope that kinda explained it. Think of the speedrun games. Arrows work better for precise movement IMO.

    Now, I do know that devs can set it up to make the arrows work like joysticks and vice versa, but it doesn't really register in my brain based upon its appearance. Think SCB, you can play by never lifting up your thumb but something is still very off about it IMO.

    I really hope you understood that. I tried my best to explain it!

    @Lumothesinner
    Yeah, i'm thinking the 8 way controls will be fine too. /i was surprised to read clunky, however I think they meant off because they're not used to 8 way. Then again, I still haven't played the game, so I don't know what they meant.
