Oh, i do that sometimes to scout what's ahead and adjust my technique. (I know it's a bit cheap, but it helps for the hard ones).
I agree with the post, but I don't feel Kickstarter itself is dangerous. They're just providing a platform, everything that occurs on it is down to the campaigners and investors, and the danger is in the latter not fully understanding what they're getting into. Edit: And sometimes the former, now I think about it.
I can vouch for that. I'm sure the waiting time is shorter when two are in the room. For weapons or other functions. I find having the captain and Bridge crew fighting while a science officer (sometimes 2) heal them can repel a lot of on board invaders. Then you can leave 2 crew members in each weapon room. Sometimes you'll have to pull one out (sometimes one out of each room). I get them back in as soon as possible. Most of my strategy relies around trying to fire as quickly as possible on the enemy ship.
What if you could save up tokens and 'upgrade' the weapons to fire automatically? Could even make it a multiple tier upgrade at 50%, then 75%, then 100% dmg?
Same here, I pretty much use the same strategy as you, but I often keep my medic in the shield bay because of the technique i spoke of earlier (a well timed shield recharge acts similarly to a dodge often preventing boarding parties). Because of that, my bridge crew makes pitstops at the shield room when the members get low on health.
I just hope the next release they will make the ammo making auto.. Now I need to remind myself that once I pick them up I need to remember making the next one.. Time is crucial here.. As long as the assigned person is in the room the ammo making will be automated.. And when we shift them out the process should be paused and continue when they are back in the room.. Of course the limit condition will still apply.. If its full then no ammo should be made.. Other than that I think it's pretty ok.. Love the excitement of blowing up ships
Hmm that's bad... That's almost cheating.. Hope dev fix it.. Ship should go down after taken enough damage!
I watched the touchgameplay video. Star Command seems a bit slow. Any possibility of IAP tokens to speed up this game?
Help, No Tokens So I'm on the 5th or 6th mission and I lost my entire crew, have no tokens and only have the captain and princess on my ship. How can i progress or get more tokens or crew? I can't go any further
I'm pretty sure you can't even beat the first mission with only 2 crew (well maybe if you put them both in a gun room and let your ship get wrecked as shown above). So you'd have to load your last save before you got devastated.
