Question I find it quite tricky to describe Star Cat Adventure and define it to people who haven't played it.... How would you describe it? Even in the podcast I noticed it was quite fuzzy when described.... is that a good thing?! The response on touch arcade has been the most precious so far, so extremely useful to me as a game designer !

Now your bus journeys might be a little more adventurous hehe Re. Story, I focused on star cat being lost and alone in space.... so its all about Star Cat and almost a "coming of age" affair. The kittens do meet at the end, but not without a big fight I'm already thinking about the story more now. The characters are established and the Star Cat world can be expanded especially around where they all live... But Star Cat makes a lot of enemies in the game, so they're own home may not be that safe in a sequel Thanks again for the feedback! - seeing people enjoy the game makes it worthwhile!

Looks fantastic but saying that Leaderboards and achievements were not included because it will take away the fun and not make the game competitive is convoluted logic. With that being said, $0.99 definitely looks like a steal regardless. Hopefully your game will sell extremely well##

I know what you mean however, I could have easily made a game that frustratingly made the gamer try/die, and they have to try & try again in order to progress (probbly take year instead of 6 lol). I played countless clones, re-hases, spit and polishes of the same underlying game mechanic. I really missed that ..."game" ...a game with a soul, an art and not just a series of check boxes, great music, got art and an expriece you wouldn't get anywhere else. I agree though, while even beating your own score or someone else's can be fun, is it really a requirement for every game? Yes and no i guess depends on the symbiotic relationship of stats and game mechanics leaderboards, are in essence, just a layer on top of the main and somewhat detached from the gamplay. I always wondered what would some games out there be like if you took away those things? Minus their high scores, leaderboards, iaps, achievements, grinding etc.... I think i'm rambling lol But thanks again man, your support is really appreciated ! please steal more at $0.99c

CLUSTER FUNK Gameplay Finally! This was such a fun galaxy to develop... ! The disco dude kind of stole the show whenever people saw him during testing lol This had more puzzlers than others i think. but all in all, a great audio visual experience. Protodome's tune was spot on for the disco dude. It was the tune to be made in the game ENJOY Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel
