What the hell? My Squids Wild West is in French! How do I change it to English? Edit: Fixed it. Deleted the language packs.
I just got it and so far I'm really glad I did but.. Is sad to see there's not Retina support for the New iPad and the typography for the Spanish dialogs looks very ugly. in the case of typography I was referring to the design of the letters, not its pixels, the retina is necessary for the characters and scenarios
Ok so I was gonna press buy but then the page refreshed and I saw 3 IAPs, 2 for 4.99 and 1 for .99, can anyone tell me what these are? How they affect the game, etc? Thanks
Bah Anyone around who could tell if it's planned for an update? Although its file size surely would explode in the progress, I'd suppose. But still: Bah. Would have loooooved to see this one in full retina glory.
the iaps is to unlock some helmets.. the unlocked helmets is only for cosmetics only and don't increase any stats.. some other iaps unlock everything and maxes out the squids levels..

But for sure, I d'love everyone to play both games > About the iAPs, we put so much effort to remove any kind of necessity for it that I will refund personally anyone who feels he is forced to purchase something ;-). But there are still iAPs for cheaters who want to skip the challenge and helmets (no stats, no gameplay impact) to support us, a little bit in the way of a kickstarter project (we are indies and self funded, self published, so fan support is key for us).
Is there an IAP that doubles the amount of pearls you get at the end of a level like in the first one?
The pearlfish is still here but it's not an iAP anymore. It's more a long term investment: spend some pearls early to double all your loot afterwards.
225 MB. Same here! I felt a bit guilty about not buying Squids since it was free at the time so I went ahead and purchased both of the helmet IAPs for Wild West.
Hi!! Saludos desde México!! Is there any chance that we could get the New iPad Retina support in the upcoming update? And please it would be nice to change the typographic design for the dialogs, I'm playing in Spanish and that text look so square, don't feel like is part of the same creativity that is put in the rest of the game Saludos y gracias!!
