You cant leave reviews for games which you received via a promo code. Otherwise there'll be tons of fake 'this games great' reviews. Thats why some devs have competitions to win $5 for the best fake, i mean review as its a way to get round that issue
You are so funny! Come on.... Why would someone leave a 'fake' review for a free game just so they could win $5.00 to buy and complain about another too expensive $2.99 app that goes on sale for .99 cents and still complain about not enough levels? You don't know anyone at all! Actually, I was stating that I pressed the review button in the app itself to see if it would lead me to the App Store ( which it did) because it was mentioned that it was pulled from the App Store and so I could check the levels.
