FF1 or FF2? Do both have quick save/ save anywhere function?

Or should I ignore both and get Secret of Mana instead?

FF1 at least allows you to save anywhere other than dungeons.

Secret of Mana is not grind heavy from my recollection. Zenonia is a poor example of KRPG because a lot of the quests are silly fetch questions and it requires some grinding (but I still like Zenonia).

Just get it already; Secret of Mana is story-line driven (which means yes there are quests/narrative/mysteries/etc)

I'm getting Secret of Mana... I love the art style, and the dialogs were great!

I noticed that most of you hate grinding in RPGs so I can't help but promote my most anticipated mmorpg for the pc , guild wars 2 . No I'm not related to them whatsoever .

What is the problem with Vanguard Storm? I've tried the lite and had fun with it.
I can't see what ruins this game

It's a mediocre defense game. SE is known for quality RPGs, not half-assed games. It's just an opinion anyways.

I played and loved Lara Croft. I can't stand the fetch/grind KRPG aspect. (Zenonia) Knowing that is SoM the one for me?

    @cygnetseven

i think undeadcow pretty much addressed your question (and mine) in the previous page...... and since you cant be bothered to read previous posts, ill save you some time this once, after scouting the secret of mana thread and going through like 25 pages or so worth of pricing debate, someone else also addressed this issue and reached the same conclusion as undeadcow.
Now here's the hard part " click page 5 of this thread"

I did read all five pages before asking and, oh, now I see where he compares it to Lara Crofts style of play. Wait, no I don't.

Sorry I asked a question and thanks for wiping your @ss in my face for doing so. Having a keyboard doesn't give you a liscence for being a jerk. If you don't like my question. IGNORE IT! *Oh no, this is my opportunity to really show off and be a complete douchebag!!!* Thanks!

    anytime:p
also when i meant he answered your question , i meant the zenonia part which u hated grinding which i also coincidentally asked out 2 pages before.

and comparing to lara croft, u frigging kidding me, anyone would know lara croft and jrpg and completely different. i see u have quite alot of post, so u must be a frequent gamer for the ios and it amazes me you cant distinctly tell the difference.

compare to other ios gaming within the same league (zenonia, across age, inotia etc etc) makes sense. So forgive me for not thinking you are comparing it with LARA CROFT hahahahahhahahahaha.

p.s also for the sake of this thread, i will end my rant here. my advice buy it, played 2 hrs of it, pretty good so far.

Sounds like you misunderstood the question if you thought he was comparing game to game or even style to style.

Well i gave in and bought Chaos Rings. Dammit. I hate it. not what i thought it would be like. All you do is press a button to attack or defend. WHAT? O'well. Also those stupid puzzle things. I cant get passed the second one. Maybe it will grow on me.

Seems like a love-it-or-hate-it thing. I actually really enjoyed it. It was a nice change of pace from SE's normal flow in RPGs and has decent replay value. But to each his own.

Also, I know there's some people who still question whether FF VII is the best one (I'm in the camp that says it is), but that's the only FF that I'd pluck down $16 easily on the iPod Touch. Would love to have it on the go. Sorry, but FF III just isn't worth that much IMO.

Final Fantasy VI is where the money's at. One day people will endlessly ruminate on if they should purchase FFVI and the answer will be yes.
