Well, there's a lot of titles who come first in US and other countries, anyway NZ has IRON MAN 2 now, so i think it's fair we have Splinter Cell before they
Iron man 2 will be released on monday for the US so SC won't be released untill at least next monday. Excitement seems to be lesser now.
I honestly think it's just that it's extremely annoying waiting with absolutely no info regarding release, like a reasonable amount of time, like "Will be released in the next few weeks" or something. It's just no info anymore. In the end, their somewhat secretivity (is that the right word? lol) ends up backfiring and annyoing their customers rather than building excitement. Well, that's what's happened to me at least.
Yeah i know, i'm really pissed off right now 'cause so much developers (like PixelBite Games and Digital Legends) has delay their games. I really think that it's really outstanding have to wait for a game that was promised for April. I'm not saying that i'm not gonna buy it but i think will be good for all to keep a promise. Sorry Gameloft, this time you dissapointed us
Yeah, this game was scheduled to be released in March, along with Zombie Infection, yet, in under 4 hours, it'll be May. And to add to it, they continue to announce more and more games. Finish one at a time, THEN announce the next game set. Don't announce 6-10 games at a time, then not give any definite info on tthe ones first announced. I'm particularly annoyed with Zombie Infection, since it's been about 2 months since we've even recieved info about it. At least with Splinter Cell, we've recieved updates with new info, but we havn't heard anything about ZI. Then again, it may be due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, so for now I'll be annoyed, not angry.
Dont forget, it can be up to a year it takes gameloft to make a game and the zombie infection pics were from just a preview that was at a confrence so more then likely wasnt gameloft news just news from what someone had seen and took a pic of and assumed it was close to release, why is it that when news come from a game that is going to be released that you assume that it is going to be in a few days, and not just wait till " THEY" ( as in the company who is releasing the game and not just a random iphone or gaming site) say it is going to be released, just stop complaing and wait till it is out or for news that says when it will be out before you start complaining (which in my opinion you have no reason to do in the first place) and just enjoy the fact that you have a game like splinter cell to look forward to on a mere thing like the iphone/ipod touch, and i say that in comparison to a console like the ps3,
seriously, it was no good. I usually have confidence that Gameloft games will be fun and good quality but Iron Man 2 was a massive let-down. I'm not flaming. I just think it's an example of what seems to be Gameloft's quantity over quality attitude
Why is everyone so made at gameloft? There off Working really hard to make a great game while you guys sit around eating chips and watching reruns of family guy. Come on give them a break i bet nobody else in this forum can port splinter cell to an iphone. I bet this has been submitted to apple and waiting apperval. Remember that can take weeks. So just be paitent
To be honest i dont think most people who compain on this site are old enough to watch family gut never mind the re-runs, and when they are old enough to they dont have time to as they are complaining on this site, its starting to get a bit Old now with people, sorry let me correct that, "kids" and i use that term loosely, complaining about gameloft and game releases from gameloft, change the record, and if you kids dont know what a record is, look it up on wikipidia, and good point sjp99, i think the exact same thing as you do
