I asked Kyle about it on the Gameloft forum. Here is his reply: Hi, I can confirm that there is not a 20% chance as he's a bit more rare as legendary Spidey. If it was 20% then the portal banner would specifically state it. However, Big Time (Stealth) still has the high chance of being summoned out of the selection of characters.
Great, so does that mean they're gonna do that with Gwen and superior too? Ok guys, whenever you see the 20% chance phrase thingy, thats your chance! At least you have something to back you up if you receive worthless cards when the game said "20% chance", but then again, What if the wording was like this?m"80% chance of not getting ______" since technically, 80% pf the time, we wont be getting it.
And I realized, if they replaced the phrase as "A chance for the____" isnt it redundant? Since technically we all have chances to get all of the cards in the same portal. Unless of course, cards do have different rarity, for example in the premium portal, i never actually received a single epic ss ben reilly. And about Btstealth, having high chance, I dont think anything lower than 20% is higher let alone 20% itself.
The portal thing is super annoying. And, honestly, the game is feeling oppressive. I feel like I will miss out on so much if I take any break, but I really need one. Ugh. I want to be able to afford cool portals, but with my recent luck at the Stealth portal (0/13 pulls), I just don't know what to do. Sigh. I'm going to take a 36 hour break and then reassess. If anybody needs me, I'm playing Peggle Blast.

Wow. Yep, not impressed. To me, that feels like they're trying to trick players into spending iso-8, which is not a cool thing to do in a freemium game where you can buy iso with real money.
Yeah, that's really foul. I was planning on burning my iso-8 on the Spider-Gwen portal, but if it's not 20%, I'm definitely not gonna bother. Also, Ryan, if you are reading this... Is Update 2 going to address the lag/memory leak issue for Android? I switched over from the iOS version because on iPod Touch 5, the game just skips and stutters like crazy. Android is at least more playable than that, but after 5-10 minutes it starts to lag a LOT! Especially when there are explosions.
Although. One user said that it has 3 legends at it, one of them being gwen so that might be a thought to consider. On a side note, is superior's portal in the 500 iso glitch still the same?

If I remember correctly, the 3 Legends in the portal were Gwen, Stealth, and new Superior, along with Spider-Girl and some other epics. It looked like a pretty good selection, but yeah, I don't know if I want to try it now that the chance of getting a Legend has been significantly reduced.
Aight, I have a good amount of Iso-8 right now, so I guess ill spend spme on gwen's portal and f it gives me what I need, then Ill keep on opening it.

Nice run! That might be *just* enough to crack the top 999 bracket if you're lucky. And congratulations on pulling Superior from the portal; he's probably the best overall card in the game so far. YES. SWEET MOTHER OF CLETUS KASADY, YES. I ACTUALLY GOT ONE. Got her on my free pull from the progress reward (off the 500 glitch screen; I still don't have the portal on the regular recruit screen). Almost makes up for that abysmal Stealth portal. Now I actually have a dilemma: do I try to 7-star her or not? I'd only need 3 more from the portal after the final progress reward, but what if this was just a fluke? I'd hate to waste another 300 iso for nothing. Aaagghh, decisions...
Oh i remember getting Superior on my first pull. Good stuff then I didnt get one after a lotta tries. I say go for it, the card pool seems good at least, Superior Soiderman and Gwen in the same portal for 25 iso? Great deal. Can you take a pic of the portal pool for us? Id want to know if tehre are any epic in there ill bother getting
Except it probably isn't, because Gwen will have a lower rate than usual, just like Stealth did (and the other Legends will certainly have the slimmest percentage of the pool by far). I'd like to know the exact chance of pulling Gwen before I spend any iso. Another user guessed 10% for Gwen's rate, which is probably not far off. That means pulling three could take around 750 iso.
