Cheers for the responses for my query, much appreciated and im bookmarkin this place as great people and helpful to read it all So I got a lil anal with checking this out. Cost me a few early deaths but was worth it id say. So... Ive noticed when you kill a baddie you get 11 vials instead of the usual 10 (im pretty sure it was ten before?..) when using the vanilla spiderman with 10% vials. Didnt notice a surge in the amount when collectin them off the ground though, but kinda hard to keep track for me as im still pretty fail at the game. regular runs i get about 250k-500k. So i had on the event score 27,672 vials at the start, once i died i checked before the continue screen and had collected 454 vials from that run. The results screen showed 454 and my total matched up being 28,126. So im guessing you gain the 10% durin the run but i need to tester a lil more to see how they are applied. So i got the event portal and was prayin i didnt get the superior spiderman. Cant seem to max the 5 stars and 6 stars i already have so knew getting him would be pointless when i wont be levelling him anytime soon. Pulled a Superior.... but it was 3 star lvl 15 which is sexy! so will get the 90k vials and hope for 6 star vanillas to max him. Kinda chuffed from that tbh as never seem to get more than a 1-2 star so woo Thought while im here id share my roster: I feel ive opened too many slots but i wanted to have one of each when i first started and since found that to be too expensive and troublesome so have got rid of my 3 and 4 star ones and focused on boosting mainly ones people have recommended or ive seen being used in photos. Had 3 iron spiders but due to his bonus of boss kills (rarely get to the 2nd one so no sense i reckon having him) ive been using him as fodder for the 6 stars. watch him come up for the bonus on an event soon with my luck! Any feedback on my team building id happily take on board. Ive only levelled them with duplicates and not paid with iso yet as i dont seem to be able to get into the top 9999 just yet, seem to get slipped out at the last couple of hrs but im gonna keep on trying and once i get in i will plan on keepin there each day! til then i wont use the iso for continues as i tend to just die straight away anyway and lack iso to manage to buy the daily offer for 12 iso most days
I've been lurking forever, thought I'd say hi. Thanks for the tips and explanations in this thread, TBH I had no idea what the levelling system entailed before reading here. I'm a mediocre player, but I have a few tips: - Most often, the safest path is through the enemies. Aim for them when things get crowded. -Avoid the 2X multipliers in busy areas. Most of the time they're a trap. - Play towards your progress goal. Right now it's vials. Aim for every enemy (10 vials each) and go berserk when you get the web hands, as destructible obstacles are 10 points as well. - Save your 5 star vanilla Spideys from the daily 1000-10000 rank rewards and create at least three Level 70s. Every third event seems to give the vanilla Spideys some huge multipliers. - Play on a larger screen - a tablet if possible. Really helps you see what's coming down the pipe at you.
Some good tips. And if I get another vanilla spidey on the half price drawer today o Am gonna move my second 5 star to 3/5. Fed up of not having a decent multiplier
Just completed the 90k vials 2 hrs back. Lol. Now, i have no interest in this event any longer, gonna only do unlims for the next two days till the next event is launched
Lead with a vanilla 5 star Spidey to get 10% extra vials. I fill out the rest of my spots with Spideys that need XP to level up. Then when you get the Superior Spidey reward, fill your ranks to maximize your multiplier and go nuts.
Also, i have a five star version of the iron, vanilla, earth and armor spideys which i used at first but could not really see a huge difference. What matters more is that you do long runs and dont miss out on hitting as many enemies as possible and at the same time have high x2 bonus if it is available (it helps a great deal)
I already have multiplier of 48, and im currently first on my event lol, but will probably lose that by end of event, but have enough to finish in top 5 Just find the 90k vials a real borefest
Do you have a full 6-star Spidey, or is it three 5-star Spideys to go with your Superior? 48x is huge. I'm at 43x without a 6-star.
I have 2 6 stars fully leveled up(2 more fully ranked lvl 90, just havent lvled other 2 yet) And other 2 are maxed out lvl 5`s
Got my premium pull with 840k in unlimited. Not sure where I finishe, but was around 3500 with two hours left. Makes getting the 3 iso8 for beating my high score a bit harder, but I have done 1.2m now with the same line up (I.e no bonus) and got the the 4th boss! (Hadn't made it to #3 before that) the 3rd got away though
Has anyone here seen a Flash Sale today? Someone over in the official forum said they had a flash sale, were told they had 11 hours, then it disappeared on them. lol
Unlocked a VIP portal last night, but it didn't show up in my Inbox or on the VIP portal button. Finally sent my first customer support request to Gameloft, and they were super great about it! I was sent 100 ISO-8 as a replacement, which I promptly spent on two Event portals. Annnnd, I pulled a blue Bulletproof and a blue Spider-Man (BR). Oh well, easy come, easy go. I just have to assume I would have also gotten a duplicate I didn't need from the VIP portal. Update (if you care): Got a high score in Unlimited, which gave me just enough ISO-8 to pull the event portal one more time. Covered my eyes as I hit the button, then rejoiced when I saw the achievement pop up on the bottom. One three star Superior Spider-Man!!!
Does anyone know how the little picture on the left of the leaderboards works? I just got a 9th place run on the event. Underneath the avatar picture it shows a Spider-Man. It showed the Bulletproof Spider-Man even though I used battle damaged Spider-Man
When picking your team in Unlimited Mode, you notice your characters are lined up on the right side? The one on the top most is the one that shows up as your avatar.
