I'm pretty sure events all have different lengths. Sounds like you need a higher multiplier. (I don't pay attention to the distances of my run, I just play until I hit great run, and if my score is too low then go again and try to do better.) I'm curious too, but I highly doubt it since 2099 is the same voice/quotes as regular Spidey. I'd guess one male set and one female set is all we'll get (but I'm glad we're at least getting that).
How are you guys able to go so long, particularly when it starts to get really fast? I can;t seem to last more than 2 to 3 minutes before I make some kind of mistakes because things are coming at me so fast.
I am he same, about 4 minutes tops I think. Basically just past the 2nd boss is my best. I think playing with music on in the background was a good tip, which I am going to use next time round.
I can't even get past or to the FIRST boss with any kind of consistency. My multiplier now is like X28 with all four slots used, because my best Spideys are a 5 star at Level 68 and a four star at level 50. I also have a five star with four max because I can't seem to pull the last Electro-Proof Spider man. I think I may have hit the upper limit of my abilities in this game. I managed to FINALLy get 100% in Issue 3, but I had to burn through just a little less ISO 8 than I received for completing it to finish ad get that 4th slot. Honestly, I have been grinding this game for about 3+ weeks now, and if I can't get any better at it, I am going to give up and play something else. Obviously the game isn't too hard if so many others are able to do so well, so I just suck lol. My high score is 720K but only in the event that doubled my multiplier to like X53 and ONLY because I used an ISO 8 toward the end of the first boss. My Unlimited high score is about 248K with no use of ISO 8. Another weird thing I find is that I can't tell how close I am to cracking into 999 in the Daily leaderboard. I am at 16,666 now, but I can only access the top fifty people in my Daily list and the fifty including myself. If I knew how close I was, or could find out what score I needed to crack into the top 999, then it might be worth burning some ISO 8 to get a Premium Pull. Any way to get the top 999 in the Daily and not just the top 50? It would be great to know where I stand! Edit: The leaderboard shows that #50 is 5.9 MILLION and it shows me right below him at the 16,800th spot right now (I moved down 101 places in the last minute) but I can' seem to get all the places in between.

Hmm what bracket gives you a premium portal? Tempted to try for that tonight, maybe then I will get something other than OG 5 star spidey. 5 in a row now...
Looks like 1000 - 9999 gives you a premium pull. What score do you think would need to get under 9999?
I'll definitely have a go for the chance for an extra Premium Portal today, aside from the normal half-priced one I get every day I have the ISO 8. But the reason I want to know the score I need for the extra pull is that it may be worth burning a few ISO 8's to get it. But without knowing how close I am, it could be a serious waste of ISO 8. See my point?
I got to the meager score of 275K, which has me ranked over 17 thousand, which is nowhere near the premium portal unfortunately.
524k, 3 iso8 spent to try and see (that I earnt as a daily goal beating my previous best). End rank 9886. Maybe just enough...
If I can get to 400+K without ISO 8 I will try a few restarts...maybe and see if I can earn myself a premium portal. I think I may have to wait until I have better, and higher ranked Spideys since I am presently at X 27.4.
Currently at 26x. Moved up to 9068 so hoping that I can get a premium every day now. Plus the discount whilst I can afford it...
I posted this at the official forum, but I will post it here as well: I have some questions about the Free VIP Portal with IAP's. 1. Do you still get a free VIP Portal pull with an IAP purchase? (I think this was answered already, but I want to make sure) 2. Do you get one VIP every time you purchase something, or just the first time you make a purchase? 3. Does Gameloft offer periodic sales on the IAP prices? If so, how often? I am relatively new to the game, been playing like 3 weeks. 4. Do you get the free VIP Portal with the $1.99 purchase, or is it a $4.99 minimum? I ask because I remember people here saying that there was no VIP for a .99 special purchase, but not sure if this applied to the 1.99 as well. My high score is horrible at around 275K, which leaves me at about 18,000 on the leaderboard, not nearly good enough! Since my skills don't seem to be improving quickly enough, I will need higher multipliers (better Spideys at higher rank and such) to get into the 9999 and below daily leaderboard.
1.5 mil is super safe for the premium portal. I know that sounds challenging, but it's doable with a 27.4 multiplier. I have a 41 multiplier right now, so I shoot for 3.5 mil every day, which puts me solidly in the 50 ISO-8 range. Though, I hit 6 mil yesterday and wound up with my 5th 2099, so that was cool!
Doable for you maybe. lol I an still stuck at about 275K max in an unlimited run. My problem is that I can't even get past the first boss (Goblin, Vulture, etc.) without burning ISO 8. I don't know why. I was able to do it in Issue 1, but its too hard now lol.
