Have you update to the latest version (hotfix)? I believe this issue was addressed for that. If you are still experiencing this issue, I'll pass that along to the team. Please also report it to Customer Care. I've reported this to the team and they are currently looking into. Once I know more I'll let you all know. I apologize for the inconvenience. Also, FYI - The energy refill and 5 ISO-8 gift is currently rolling out to all players. We're still attempting to collect the leaderboard details from the crash last week so we can provide proper rewards to impacted players, but for the time being please also report this to Customer Care.
I think the problem of getting plain rare spiderman for me has been resolved now. Thanks gameloft. 6 premium portals within yesterday and today, got 4 scarlet spiderman (br), one red scarlet spiderman and on cosmic spiderman. Finally happy now
Awesome! Time to spend some of those saved up Premium Portals and cross my fingers... I realize that there are much better score/screenshots out there already, but I wanted to share this shot anyway I'm expecting it to get me a first place finish in the One and Only event... But maybe the best part about that event is being able to work on leveling my six star Spider-Man 4x at fast thanks to the 4x multiplier. Has anyone figured out how his 15% faster leveling ability works? Does it only work if he's the first Spidey? What if you continue and switch to a different Spidey? Does it affect the other Spideys on your team? Or does it just affect him, but work no matter which slot he's in? So many questions for something that overall matters so little!
^The levelling only affect the characters, even if he is on your bench. I noticed he was levelling faster on my bench even without the multipliers.

Yeah, luckily the event got sorted right in th nick of time. Got 6 hrs left and already made 410 combos. Need 350 more, i think 6 hrs will be enough. Anylater and would have lost out on the 10 ios8
I got to thinking... If Gameloft somehow decides to sell characters, i'd buy epic cards at $5 each, as long as it's at least a 3-star Epic. It would mean $20 combined if you want to buy a max rank epic. Albeit expensive, beauty of this is that it will be restorable.
After the 2 events that just finished, there arent any new ones that replaced it. There should be at least one active event, right?
What a crock of sh. Just hit the great run end on endless again, beat my previous score, and still just sitting at rank 16. I friggin hate those who have a full lv90 roster right now.
Ridiculous. I mean I got 60k last time and I didn't even break the top 300,000 Seriously though, those people at the top are getting crazy scores!!
I swear the game gave me a great run screen after only 6 bosses in endless... Didn't even reach 50k meters... :S I just hope 5.8m would be ok for silver today. And I have a challenge to beat my score.
