Great that worked thanks!!!! I had two 4 star Spidey Armor cards, so I was able to get rid of one of them AND better still got rid of two perfunctory 3-star cards in the process...and NO ISO 8 spent!
I don't know why some people see certain events, but I had it in my list for a while too. It's over now, for me at least, so you might have missed it. Also, it could have to do with your progress in the game. Again, I'm not sure if that makes a difference. I also see a new event, Seeing Red, and it looks easy to get at least a standard portal. Unfortunately, I don't think I've ever gotten above around 250k on a run, so getting any of the ISO-8 rewards is probably impossible for me. Luckily, there's a 2x score bonus if you use Spider-Man Noir, and I've got one of those.
I've been wondering about that "Horizon Offers" thing too. Guess we'll all find out in like two and a half years?
Made my first level 70 spidey today and also made my top score in unlimited breaking into the first 2000 ranks today. Hopefully, now i can get a premium portal from the unlimited everyday, as with the current multiplier it shouldnt be a problem. Finally, a day of firsts for me
The 3 star ones what rarity are they? If theyre commons you dont need to keep them. The idea is to keep the ones with high rarity and the ones that have the potential to reach a high lv spiderman. I mean no need to waste space for a spiderman that can only reach max lv of 30 and has no 2nd skill right? (commons) For me personally the uncommons i kept are spiderman noir and last stand because they dont have a rare or epic version. As for the others i generally kept the higher rarity version unless i dont have it yet. As for commons, i dont keep any of them.
You can use the ones you dont want as fodder to increase the level of your other spideys. I use the standard portal to farm uncommons as material to upgrade my rare spidermans. And the commons that i get i just spend them to level up whichever rare/epic spiderman that still needs xp but i couldnt be bothered using lol
The figure is most likely a glitch. That only shows up when there are consumable items on sale. It usually lasts a couple days, so i cant place what the figures mean.
PvP When I first started playing, I thought I'd ignore the PvP aspects... But Gameloft has done a great job with the 500/1000 player groupings with tantalizing prizes for first place! Plus the game is just fun to play. Now to find out if this holds up for another 40 minutes...
Thanks (you should see my multiplier for the other event that ended today)! As for holding on to first place, this story has a happy ending..... Or does it? For the record I have five rare Spider-Men in addition to a level 70 rare Spidey already... And I have three other 70s so I don't need a duplicate. I guess I need to start saving and only buying VIP portals, huh? (Talk about first world problems!)
Something weird: My Energy Timer used to be 5 minutes per one energy unit, so that it took 25 minutes to fill up with 5 Spidey Energy Tokens. Now it has doubled, and is 10 minutes each and takes 50 minutes to completely replenish from zero. What's going on here?
^10 is what it should be. The 5 mins is a glitch from what we've seen, so basically, yours got itself fixed.
Yeah, I too am saving up for VIPs. The only problem is... I never got the VIP portal as an option. I spent 1$ on a x55 bundle and bought a sh*t ton of premiums but still nothing, and customer care is not answering.
lol You know what? I have no interest in buying anything in this game with real cash because Gamesloft has set what I believe are prices so absolutely absurd that they border on insane. But I would totally pay $1.00 for 55 ISO 8 crystals. but ten bucks? I am all for paying a few bucks to support developers, but for me to do that, I have to feel that said devs are at least making an effort to provide a decent value. But the prices Gamesloft charges for ISO 8, and I mean all the packages? All I can say is ROFLMFAO!!!!!! No way in hell, and I make a really good living. I can't imagine anyone who makes a low income like, say $25K or less, spending a ton of money on in game consuables that get eaten up so fast, when you can buy FULL GAMES on a Playstation and XBox off the bargain bin for less.
Yeap, the prices ARE insane, tho at least now there aren't a lot of people who IAP their way through. The 0.99$ for x55 was an awesome deal, tho it appears it was one time only. Would buy again if it showed up. The 2$ for 10 measly ISO is just sad.
