Yep the beat your high score in endless mode will bee crazy hard to beat, hopefully they get rid of that. I think people are underestimating the event prizes thus far, they have been very generous.
Anyone know how much bandwidth this game burns when hotspotting from the phone? My bandwidth usage has gone through the roof this month, thought it was one of my online pc games but not so sure now. Only game I've been consistantly playing every day multiple times a day has been this one.
I've played this a ton since release and only used 266 Mb. Note though that figure includes the downloading the game does in the background initially and that's a one time thing. So I have a feeling it's not this game killing your usage.
I agree. This seems to be using very little compared to a lot of other games requiring online connection. One big reason is that it doesn't use ads.
Well I was persistant with Customer Care and the missing Iron Spidey from Daily rewards and in the end they basically told me to kindly **** off. What a nice move, launch an event requiring Iron Spidey for boosts, don't give any rewards including him to players and now those of us that won't buy him for ISO are stuck with a low multiplier... :/ yeap, wall ahead! Pity, it was such a fun game...
Well, i guess that makes you and me both. Im just playing the game casually now... Each run's still pretty fun for me, but i dont have any intentions of going competitive anymore.
I just got a reply to my second email I sent them yesterday and got 10ISO. Guess it's just a matter of who gets your ticket lol
I have noticed on the daily leaderboards that if I force close the app and reboot, I will immediately get the reward (once the 24 hour period ends, of course). To this point, I've gotten all my rewards, but I've also done a fair bit of force closing the app, just for good measure.
Hi all, Bear with me - this may be a long reply. As some other members have advised already - you don't need ISO-8 to rank up your Spider-Men. All this required is that you have a duplicate card, plus 2 other cards of the same rarity or one rarity level lower. Then the "Select a Spidey" button will unlock. The team is aware this is bit confusing currently, so a in an upcoming fix the UI will be improved. I also saw some discussion about upgrading Power-ups - Some of you may have noticed that for the 5th and 6th upgrades the ISO cost is extremely expensive. This is another bug that will be fixed in an upcoming update. Regarding Issue #3, Spider-Man Unlimited is an episodic adventure so new content will continually be added to the game! As such, Issue #3 will be released soon. I know many of you are excited to continue the story so hang tight! There will be some cool "pre-release" events as well to keep an eye out for. More Issues will also be released down the line as new villains are introduced. Other content and characters will also be tied into Spider-Verse! I noticed a few posts regarding super long energy refill timers. This is a bug. Under normal game conditions you should not be forced to wait 2+ days for your energy to refill. The team has found a fix for this which will be implemented soon. Sorry for the inconvenience! The team is also continuing to monitor feedback across all community channels regarding the energy system as a whole. We're still in the early stages after release so it's too soon to guarantee anything yet, but please know that it is a hot topic currently being discussed. We've been passing along the various suggestions you've all shared. In the meantime, I know some of you are taking advantage of the gifting feature and others should also give it a shot! You can sync your social profile (Facebook, Google+, Game Center) and invite friends, or you can also add users from the leaderboards. Once you've got some pals, you can send out 5 requests for energy per day. Also, you can gift 5 energy per day to your friends. You don't need to send a request to receive energy. The gifted energy is stored in your inbox until you need it, so after a few days you may find yourself with a large stockpile to fall back on! By no means is this the "end all" solution to energy, but I just thought I would emphasize this tip for now. The team is also aware of the feedback regarding friend management. This includes declining friend requests and removing friends. They are currently looking into a solution for a future update. Hackers/Cheaters are also being investigated by multiple teams. Keeping the events fair and competitive is a top priority for us, so if you report users to Customer Care they will be investigated. Routine sweeps also occur to weed out cheaters. If you did not receive an IAP purchase or have an issue with missing IAP, please contact Customer Care. They can easily assist you in correcting the issue. It helps a lot if you also provide proof of purchase (receipt), as this can expedite things. The team found a bug for purchases not being received which will be fixed soon. Additionally, they are also investigating the issues were users report a portion of their ISO-8 balance disappears. If this has happened to you it would help a lot if you submit an in-game ticket as this will send your account & device details to the team. Now onto leaderboards... the team has identified the bug where top scores are sometimes not updated on the leaderboards (for Events and Unlimited Mode) which prevents proper rewards from being earned. A fix for this will be live soon. Similarly, the team is currently investigating the bug where users do not receive Daily Leaderboard rewards. Once I have an update on this specific issue I will let you know, as it seems to have popped up recently. It never hurts to try force-quitting the app and relaunching it, which can sometimes solve the problem. Thanks for reading! Did I miss anything? Let me know. Keep focusing on the energy system, at least for the unlimited mode. This is top priority if you want keep gamers.
Here's my 2 cents on how the energy system could be tweaked. Apply energy on a per card basis of 3 plus 1 per star. So commons would have 3 to 5 and Epics would have 4 to 8, depending on how many promotions they have. Cards in the sidebar would use and energy, but they can extend your game without using iso-8. Sending out a spidey team uses one energy and they don't recover energy until they get back.
And endless has to be that, endless. I semi-understand why it ends. It makes multipliers more important since you can't just out play anyone. If you want to keep it this way for events fine, but endless mode needs to be endless.
Ahh ok do that's how it is. Thanks for the clarification. Well I don't see that changing then. It encourages buying portals for event cards since it's all about the multiplier.
Did you know if you don't beat a boss fast enough, they disappear in a portal? I randomly thought I could increase my combo while I'm fighting one by dodging the shields, but then POOF!!! Bye bue baddie!!!
Reached the end of the event as well I was shocked pretty upsetting I was number one but now someone over took me and the only way to beat this person is to have better combos and characters. Doesn't make sense should be endless!
Yeah i hit that end 3 times yesterday, and well, no chance i can take first without a higher multiplier... Like, WAY HIGHER.
Guys is there a way to delete my online save? I want to start the game from scratch as I messed up. If I use my ifunbox to delete what's in the document folder - after the tutorial it loads my online save without giving me any choice in the matter and I start back from where I am.
