    I'm still here too. I browsed the Gameloft forums a couple of days ago, and saw some potentially leaked character models with their abilities. If those are final, it looks like all upcoming Spiders except for Spider-Man India have pretty lame sets. India had +1 to Near Miss and 30% to combos, so a near miss equivalent to SSBR.

    Despite all that, I'm still excited for Miles because he's definitely one of my favorite comic book characters.

    Assuming this goes live, and is Legendary, that could be huge (especially with the change to bombs not triggering +1 to attacks). Now I wish I voted for SMI in the poll. I feel bad leading with a 90 Rare on my team of otherwise level 100 Legendary Spideys.

    The quest today was the first one I've actually finished. So easy! 1.5M points is like, 6 good runs.

    Yeah, he was a Legendary. Like you said, we're going to really start feeling a difference once the bombs stop triggering +1 to attacks. Assuming I can get SMI to 7 stars, my team will be SMI [+1 Near Miss, 30% Bonus to Combos], Superior Spider-Man [+1 Attacks, 4 Seconds Extra on Combos], Spider-Woman [+1 Near Miss, +1 Shield Drops], and OG Spider-Man (the last three I already have at 7 stars).

    So does anyon else have this issue where the shop just keeps displaying the "no in-app packs available at the moment" message?

    I just got the most insolent letter from the support, about the christmas missing rewards incident.

    "Please be informed players receive rewards according to their places, if you didn't receive your reward, it means that your place was not high enough to be rewarded."

    Good for me that I thought this might happen and sent them some leaderboard and challenge screenshots, which will be an answer to their false claims like a proper slap. I will never respect Gameloft. Not anymore. Just a glimpse of the support for the new players, considering to start playing this game.

    So I decided I wanted Miles.

    Used an old crushing combos progress reward and bought a sensory overload for the first time. Probably the best run of my life. Blew away my previous score by about 2 million. Only lost my combo chain once (at 895; for some reason it doesn't show the combos after that on the run stats screen). Still very stressful, because I was worried about dying and wasting the iso-8, but I tried to play normally.

    But yeah, if this doesn't get me a silver, I give up.

    That is sad, because I've been receiving the same replies from customer service concerning my ticket id # about the Holiday Helper Event. It's as if customer service has been told to not compensate players anymore concerning that event and all others they have failed at executing; or, it's an automated response. I'm more inclined to think it's automated for the fact I clearly state, repeatedly, that my issues are with NOT receiving the progression rewards during the three days I played each event, but they insist on sending me a reply about leaderboards. Which has nothing to do with my issues.

    I've basically given up on customer service for this game, and I've only used a ticket id # once. How sad is that? I'm from one reward completing and NOT receiving it to uninstalling this game. Quitting won't be out of anger, cause I'm never one to get mad, but instead quitting will be out of principle. The principle that "You can't continue to support something or someone that continually disrespects your human character. All you accomplish is giving them control over yourself."

    It's a fun game, but once you complete the story chapters you really have no other choice but to compete in their event and leaderboards. If they can't even execute those properly, it really takes the fun out of the game.

    Anyways, game on fellow gamers. =)

    An update over the jubject:

    After after the "you are wrong, we are right" like response I received, I sent them some screenshots of the missing iso8 events and matching leaderboards, they responded again, asking for the exact times, screenshots and what the missing rewards are.

    As I had already posted 5 seperate tickets for, one for each issue and it was a month ago, I gave up hope over the ones I cannot proove and sent a detailed list with date, time, event name and the missing prize along with a re-taken screenshot with the photo date/time showing three of them.

    Only then, at last they responded, saying that it was impossible to give rank-up or Spider-Woman items, instead they sent a reasonable compensation.

    At least, after six mails(and the screenshots) I was able to get my compensation. I doubt I will contact support again though. It was not worth the trouble and headaches.

    purchased iso-8 are not delivered

    Its 2nd time my iso-8s aren't delivered.i purchased x94 from store 2 times but they didnt deliver them and my money is gone.pls help me i deleted the msg from the gameloft for the first time but my 2nd time msg is
    GLINAPP/2656724/63014 please deliver my 188 iso's ASAP.

    IMO you should edit that out and PM that to the GL rep instead. Much safer, keeps your email from bots.
