Yeah, same thing happened to me. Definitely some kind of bug. I already completed the goals for day 2, but I can't get the bar to fill up, even if I do more runs. I hope Gameloft sorts it out quickly so we can advance to day 3!
Yes, same here, stuck on day two ... ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Guys, I've got a question, and I hope some of you can help with this little problem I'm thinking about for weeks. I play this game right from the first day, and over the time there have been quite some issues, regarding some portals and a good deal of iso-8. So one day or another I'll have to write a little letter to the support. The thing is there are different language supports probably sitting in the regarding countrys. I kind of tend to use the german support since I could explaine the issues more detailed. But I'm not sure about the quality and the competence there. I heard a lot of good things about the gameloft support, but quite some not so good things too, especially in german boards. And normally I'd write to the english support anyway, just for the feeling of being "more near to the source", but since gameloft is a french company I guess this is actually stupid, isn't it? (I don't speak french btw.) To cut it short, I'd love to hear some impressions with the english or german support, or any other advice about where to go with my issues you can give me. I absolutely hate any unnecessary trouble, I'll of course write my letter nicely, but I'm totally afraid of something like a standard copy paste reply, telling me to restart my iphone ... Thank you for giving me a hand with this.
Yes I was able to play day 2 and day 1 too! And it was fun, but today the bar of the day 2 remains grey... I hope that the game will count my progress for the day three...
Im stuck on day 3 (as opposed to everyone who seem to get stuck on day2). Completed the 8000 vials but the gray bar wasnt moving. So waitied til now where Day 3's gray bar is active, but i already have over 8000 vials so the bar still isnt moving. I'll try to reach 16000 vials, hopefully the server counts from 1 starting from the time Day3 went active, while on display it already shows you the vials progress even if the event isnt active yet (which is obviously a bug if that is so).
In the gameloft forum this issue is discussed as well. For some people there it seems to be possible to skip day 2 for 10 iso and then proceed with day 3, but a lof of people don't even see this skip button. What's worse: this issue is well known, people in boards here and there are kind of frantic, lots of tickets have been written, and so far there is not even one official reaction from gameloft ... I guess we will just loose this event and there is nothing what we can do about, and after a while gameloft will be sorry for the inconvenience and thank us for understanding ... Slow but steady this game really starts to annoy me. I'd even try to reinstall the game, but it seems that after the update a lot of people lost their progresses, and I don't dare. Another lot of people are claiming that they have been bannded for nothing and with no explanation. I wonder what happens next ... And speaking of the new dimension: it makes my eyes hurt. It's beautiful designed, yes, but when running it feels like eye cancer. There is no depht in the perspective, and all objects and enemys are white and I offen can't tell them apart. Due to the depth thing I often even can tell whether that is a step or a gap coming. And I don't like this ongoing dimension hopping either. And I get the same blue Ben Riley from the premium portal for at least ten days! That means ten daily reward premium portals lost. That means ten daily offers and 120 iso in total are lost! Due to a known bug, as I learned today. How the hell is this even possible?! (And I not even mentioned the countless Vanillas you surely pulled too ...) Aah, damn ...
@strmxx Only used the English support. I would explain your issue to them, your English is good enough to explain it hey will probably tell you to do the usual restart, re login etc... It's worthwhile doing that and replying back to say it didn't work. It may take some emails back and forth, but they should resolve it in the end!
Completely agree. I can't see for crap many times and can't gauge my near-misses and jumps because of the lack of shadows and depth.

Question about the back up save. In android, do I have to log in my google account or will it still back up my save regardless if i used my google account while playing on the same device?
Yep, I can confirm that the bug with the multi-day event issue has been fixed. Once the next day activates (around midnight in your time zone) it gives you the option to skip the previous day for zero iso-8. You don't miss out on anything since you already got that day's rewards. I'm now completing day 3 without any trouble. Thanks Gameloft! PS. It's actually much less stressful to play when you're only going for vials instead of combos. Didn't quite manage to finish day 3 (collect 8000 vials) in a single run, but whew, that is still a lot of vials.
Is anyone else starting to get 5-star Spideys from the Normal Portal? I've gotten several since the last update, and don't remember ever getting any before. Also, on the Premium portal I seem to be getting runs of the same pull ... three Future Foundation 5-stars in a row, 3 Bulletproof Armor 5-stars in a row (plus one from the Normal portal), etc. I haven't gotten into a week-plus run like some of the other folks who have mentioned an issue, but it definitely seems less than random. And maybe it's just my dumb luck, but the 6-star and 7-star Spideys are all too rare . . . Very pleased with the way the multi-day event is boosting my ISO-8 supply, and I hope that it's something they keep doing. I think they should make it possible for you to earn enough to buy the daily 12 ISO-8 offer without having to score in the top 1000 on the main leaderboard, and this current event definitely does that.
Does anyone know how long you can keep portals in your inbox? Due to the described situation I'd like to keep them for a while, but I'm always afraid that they will be gone the next day or so ...
Thank you, but it seems as if the curse is broken by now. (Obviously I just had to rampage a little bit ... I guess it's hit or miss anyway. You always need some luck to find one who want's to help you instead of someone who's already pissed by his job and had a bad day and has been dumped by his now exgirlfriend ... And since there has been no other advices I guess I just have to try it. Thank you.
So, some news or actually a question from the 7 day event. I just finished day 3, which was available from last midnight, (15 hours ago). And now I can start with day 4 immediately. Sounds familiar, doesn't it? What do you guys think, is it safe to play or should I wait until tomorrow? I mean, who knows what will happen this time ...
