Just shot the devs a few bucks, trying to make this Underworld/Swamp deck work. One complaint is not being able to fill out the remain card slots with whichever cards of the two used factions. So if I have a row that has two available slots left and the majority in that row are Underworld, I can't add two Swamp cards to fill out that row (assuming the rest of my set is Swamp). Devs I'll PM u some things I found too that I mentioned in PM before.
Lost: 1 more cost....You lot are killing me! Shaul, I used to feel like that about the last two columns, but overall I think it's fair as the decks stay balanced. Try swapping your Primary and secondary factions so you get an extra column. Maybe we are being too demanding of the goblins, I feel like we are always bossing them about and telling them what we want and they go along with it in such a good natured way. To be a character in a card, that's. a provilage not a right. Maybe it could be a competition prize, or something you pay for. Poor goblins, (My lawn needs mowing when you get a moment though!).
Ruby Dragons My latest nemesis. After opening my big gob and complaining Bloodfire Peaks was too monotonous, the level 50 AI now has about 10 Ruby Dragons. Ideas on the best cards to get rid of the buggers. Even if you line them up opposite something of equal strength, the next turn they just breath on you and blast everything away (including barriers). Ideas anyone? I can use narrow tunnels and rooted type things, but if you don't draw them early enough in the game then you are pretty much SOL.
Have you spoken with Mike Goblin or is he still travelling? Keep us updated. I still think something happened with the App Store as you bought at the same time as me. I got the receipt from iTunes but not the gold. I just emailed Mike and told him he owed me some gold and to sort it out when he got back. I bought more gold the next morning and it was fine.
Bloodfire Peaks For anyone not yet encountered level 50 Bloodfire Peaks, here's a screener. Oh, and if by some sheer fluke you DO manage to draw enough Narrow Tunnels or Lost cards to get rid of them, he also has the same amount of green dragons. And a load of Meteors just in case you think laying a Ruby dragon might be an option. Any ideas?
I feel the same way. When I sent them a PM I was like "please I do not want to sound like I'm bossing you around" and I didn't know it was legit to have more than 4 of one specific card.
Get creative Ruby Dragons cost 5 power. Psychic Vortex, that nasty card that decreases hand size, things like that. Traps that kill the next minion played are also a good idea. Takes some effort to set it up, but countering with Pyrohydras, and having some healing stuff like Fey Staff and Wild Growth should also work. As last resort, make a deck that is designed to outlast the AI, and just play until it runs out of cards. Will it give it a shot myself later, and see how it goes.
SOL? What's that? Anyway, hey, there's an easy solution for that dragon problem. They could be countered with a deck I am building right now. I'll tell you more later But as a hint, it's a Swamp/Underground deck.
Hi guys, just wanted to find out, are there people here that are solely playing on iphone (not iPad), and are successfully getting the game to sync with icloud? I haven't been able to get passed the sync on my iphone for about a month, and I've tried so many different tricks to make it click. (Don't worry, I've emailed the goblins and currently mike is helping me out. Well he's away for a couple of days. Very much happy with the goblins efforts). I really just want to investigate if this is an iphone thing, because I'm thinking most people commenting on here are using iPads. My iPad has no issue. It's the iphone that cannot send or get a sync from the icloud at all. So, anyone here having success on iphone?
He sent me an email today and is working on the problem. The goblins always help fast and friendly There a slight difference because i received the gold and bought some cards and played for a while. But after closing the app and restart i had old save data and neither gold nor new cards. I sent him a console log and he sure will find out. I ll keep you informed.

the only thing that worked for me was hitting the home button and opening the app in rapid succession, after 4 times in a row it worked. gotta be fast with it tho
You mean that "Psychic Vortex, that nasty card that decreases hand size" ? That was meant to refer to two cards, Psychic Vortex AND "that nasty card that decreases enemy hand size and whose name I just cannot remember". Mark painfully demonstrated me how effective Psychic Vortex is against a high cost deck, with his nasty "2 power max" deck. I have an experimental lowcost deck with Vortex, too, but did not really use it yet. So you aren't the only one
Shit Out of Luck I agree I probably need a deck just for Bloodfire peaks, then I always get caught out with an invite and I've got a useless deck. I hope so,done picks up on letting us select decks after the invite comes. Post your anti-Bloodfire decks here for me!
Mark that nuisance goblin and his decks. He had my hands tied many times with a row of vortexes and a couple of Accursed, not a thing I could do. SOL I always saw it on forums so I had to google it.
It's a mystery to be sure. I guess you tried the obvious rebooting the phone, resuming with iTunes, uninstalling and reinstalling. There's usually a simple explanation to these things, it just takes some narrowing down. Hope you sort it soon.
PS the AI is allowed to have more than 4 of a card, some of them have more than two factions also. That's sounds a little unfair at first, but in reality the AI gets pretty easy eventually. Obviously it cannot think like a human being so the little benefits balance it out. BF just chewed up my new improved deck, turns out he has a bunch of Natural Orders aswell so he made light work of my accursed and vortex cards.
