Was there no sound when you played the app? If so, please try deleting, restarting your device and redownloding. Next, go to the "for parents" menu and turn off sound and music, then turn it back on again. Finally, ensure your silent switch (near the volume buttons) is in the off position and press the volume up button a few times. Let me know if that doesn't fix the bug. I apologize for the trouble!
