They are two different genres. The only thing they have in common is the Sparta theme. Kris isn't trying to compete with HoS. Gameloft is a huge company that has groups of people working for hours on a game, so it's not a surprise they put out some of the best games in the store. Why would you go into a thread and diss on a developer who has worked his butt off to put a game out that you haven't even played? How do you know it's worse then HoS? The game isn't even out yet. Respect the indie devs and keep your nonsense comments to yourself.
I guess the way the game tracked hi-scores was inappropriate for Apple. I don't fully know the policies, but neither does Apple.
Not the way it used to. It used to ask for just simple things: Username, favorite color, Social Security Number, Bank Account number in case you get a money prize for first place, ya know, the basic stuff. For now I am just going to allow the user to have the option to post a high score or cancel. Before there was no cancel.

It got rejected by Apple due to intrusive high scores. It's supposed to have been submitted this weekend again, but I don't know if it was.
