Nobody can guarantee that, not even the developer. If you want it, get it. At 4.99 it's one of the best bargains in the App Store.

Wow. This thread is blowing up a bit eh? Well deserved. Reading through the last few pages I can't believe there aren't really any negative comments yet. Everyone is gushing over this and I feel the same. I will just say that I tiny, incy, bitty little improvement would be to listen to your own tunes while mining. How cool would it be to crank Metallica or something while mining and blasting drones. And to folks trying to compare this game to this or that. I can honestly say to date there is NOTHING else like this game in the Appstore. It's a one of a kind game, quite unique. Best five bucks I've spent...this game is worth MORE!
OK, got the game and played the first mission. 2 comments: 1) The controls are good. I still don't like touchscreen joysticks in general, but this game has good controls for what they are. 2) I don't like the "hillbilly" banjo music. Sorry, maybe it will grow on me. When I saw the graphics of the game in this thread, I thought it would have maybe techno or more "videogame" type music. Game seems fun though, so far. EDIT: OK, now the music is growing on me. It sounds better with headphones on, plus it fits well with the storyline and characters. So yeah, it's OK. Just not what I expected.
@ Chocolate there's an option to turn off the music. I switched it off after about the third or fourth mission. Also the controls get better as you buy upgrades and try out the different control settings too. I play with the thruster off and it takes a little getting used to but offers for me fantastic control.
never been a fan of 'asteroid' type games .. but, bought this game out of curiosity .. it turn out to be so damn good .. something that can steal my attention to gta:cw at this moment of time ..

Oddly enough, the music does change later on in the game when tackling the final sectors. It grew on me as well. It's kind of like Beverly Hillbillies meets FireFly....in space. Right down to "Uncle Jed". Now if you'll excuse me, I have to team up with my friend to do a tribute to Space Miner along the lines of a $2 million music video. Yes, it will star an '81 Chevy Camaro Z28 and girls in bikinis.
Yes. Venan Entertainment jumped into this business suddenly but crushed concurence with the ultimate title. This is very good beginning. Next game will have to be even better, as "Space Miner" set the level very high. Look at these reviews from US AppStore. Even "Grand Theft Auto" doesn't have 5-stars only.

Me too. Whole Galactus' personality is funny - he is so uncofident, he thinks he is the worst creature in the Universe, he is always bored... He has that unlimited amout of free time One dialogue sticked to my memory. Maybe not exactly in this form, though Galactus: Device is finished! Hero: So quickly?! In a few seconds?! Galactus: Yes. I said I have loads of free time. I guess it was totally different, but general meanig is similar
Whoever thought of the options to lock the auto-shooting button and flipping the directional pad is a genius. This game is great. I had high expectations and this game overdid it. Excellent. Just left this short review in iTunes. Everyone else summed it up pretty well.
I actually felt sad for him. Galactus is one of the better video game characters I have ever encountered. He's even funnier if you're a fan of Silver Surfer comics.
Developers -- I really hope your developing additional content to expand on this game. more upgrades, ships, weapons, story, double the size of the space map please. While were at it, add some local or online multiplayer with game types to see who can collect the most after a certain amount of time or have some 1v1 or 2v2 team deathmatch games. There's so much potential for this game, I really hope they don't just sit on the game and move onto something else.
