I am tempted but this is not my usual genre and wonder about the controls as I am not a fan of virtual pads.......especially dual pads.

    Any thoughts ?

You bought so many games this week and you are missing out on this?! Blasphemy.

You want every game that looks fun. This does not look fun. This is FUN. This is more than fun. This is like taking drugs :D

Not dual pads either. You get a virtual pad one side to aim your ship, you can set the fire button at the other side to fire constantly and you can do without thrust if you want. Totally customizable controls and very easy to use. Just get this, now. While it's on sale.

You have to press the trade button for hulls, there's no buy button.

Always choose speedo for better maneuvering unless u have enough money to buy good engine to help thrust the cargo. I personally don't mind going back to the station constantly due to low cargo storage.

    Nice!

Had to pull the trigger on this one...couldn't pass up the sweet sale.
Not really my type of game, but neither was Plants vs Zombies and that game has really sucked me in. It's GREAT! :D
This one looks good too...can't wait to try it out...Thanks for the sale!

Just beat the Hardcore the 3rd time, finally beat the previous score. Still not as lucky as the #1 on the leaderboard to mine enough ores. It's my 8th complete game run. I've had enough this time so I'll quit this game. Something tells me my 9th run may result lower score so why bother...

Note: Sorry about the image, I uploaded directly from iPhone

wow! what a great idea for the devs to put this on sale! it is incredible! the game is already at #30 in top paid APPS! amazing for a level-based, independently developed game! my $5 towards this game was well worth it

Hey all, I just beat the game on Normal and was trying to make a + account so I can replay the game on Hard, but I accidently chose Normal. Does this mean I now have to re-play the whole game on Normal again or is there some way to change the difficulty?

In the update, you'll be able to change the difficulty at any time in the Hangar options menu. Unfortunately, you'll have to wait until then or play through the game again to change the difficulty.

I still haven't picked up P v. Z. Is it really worth it?

As for Space Miner, it really is a ton of fun. I haven't been able to put it down since I bought it, not even to continue GTA or the new update of Angry Birds. It's a steal at $2. The developers deserve a ton of props.

    COOL :)
I just purcahsed your app - its the first game i WISHED i paid the full price and not the discounted one  It really is THAT great

I hope you will continue to add content for this app - even DLC, its really great.

And I heard there will be a Space Miner 2 - I hope thats true and its released as soon as possible.

    Thanks for the hard work!

PS: I am like a zealot - I preach this game everywhere I have the chance. No one knows about it - you guys need to invest more in marketing.

I didn't like other Asteroid-like games including Isotope and Meteor Blitz. However, the addition of the RPG elements for some reason seems to make the virtual pad (which I normally don't like) tolerable for me. I've become a believer in this game.

Like someone said already, you got try to believe it. Besides, the game's only $2 for limited time. Get it while you still can and only to regret you could've paid in full $5 to support devs.
