Completely agree. Bought it on day one for the full price, played it every day since. Venan have made quite an impact with their debut application. Where's that sequel???

As far as I know, the developer never promised that there wouldn't be a sale -- someone in the thread speculated that there wouldn't be one.
Game Impressions Sigh, Of course I purchased it yesterday. Either way... This is one of the better games I have played for my Ipod. I believe you've put together a real masterpiece here. I look forward to more games built on the same premise. I think it's money very well spent. At $1.99 you would have to be crazy not to pick it up. I agree with those who support the continued health of this developer. I look forward to the next release. Any hints on what your working on?

Yeah, I just bought it for 5 bucks. Bah. It was worth it anyway. I've got an excess of cash at this point though - they should make like hook champ and let me buy an absurd amount of aesthetic-only upgrades. If I could pimp out my ship to look like a giant sandwich or demon (and save up to three ships at once), this game would have crazy replay value. As is, it's still awesome.
yeah nice idea I'm a huge HC fan and that really boosts replay I don't know about sales but replay definitely
Holy crap this is a great game, reminds me of old PC titles back in the 90's. I'm hooked. Next installment should be more like "Privateer". A huge open ended mission based game where you're either a shipper, bandit, or patroller
Almost 50 hours of game play, I certainly had my money's worth on this game. Too bad there is no endless/infinite map where I can keep playing after completing every awards, getting myself on top 2 of the leaderboard, aquire all 24 alien techs, completing hardcore twice, etc, etc. There's nothing left for me to do in this game. Playing Doom II RPG now. P.S: Where's all the reviews? A glitch after price drop?
That's not a bad idea. I would love to be able to purchase new hull designs -- nothing with new capabilities, just variations on the same existing models. Actually, that sound like a good use of DLC: I wouldn't mind paying a couple of bucks for a "hull pack" with a bunch of crazy designs.
Note to dev: Please use this game engine to make a copy of Armada! (4-player would be most welcome as well!)
