That's excellent news! In that case I might buy it now so that he can give it a try. Learning English while playing games is way more fun but if it's too difficult we could use the German version.

Yes! I completed the game with all asteroids blasted and enemies obliterated getting me the terminator and what a chore acheivements. It took me a while but i did it, who else has?
This game almost put me the hospital. I thought it was OK to use my iphone on the treadmill...have done it many times. I just do an even and lowish speed, fast walking really. Got a high score on Mouse About while on the treadmill then tried this game...BIG MISTAKE
I did about 15 minutes ago. Man, the main end-of-game boss is pretty easy if you have the giant laser mounted to the front and firing.
Yeah it is pretty easy since i had fully upgraded ship with best sheild so i just shot it while it was shredding my sheild

Got ths game earlier and havent been off it all day. I agree that the praise is well deserved and this game should be on every idevice. A true app store gem, its funny because some of the best games just come out and are truely amazong in every way. Spider springs to mind. I am also curious to see how the devs will update this game, more levels or missions would be the easiest and probably the best way to add more value to an already amazing game. I wouldnt think twice about buying a side story for a few dollars. One thing that struck me about the name of this game is that it is called "space miner: space ore bust" as in there could well be more space minor games. I really hope this game gets featured by apple and soars up the charts, great games lile these need recognition from all the crap on the app store, that way we as gamers are more likely to see games at this standard enter the appstore more and more because the money is there. Will definately be reccommending this to my friends!!
So apparently I did the same as a couple of other people here. I beat the game, all 100%s, rescued the devs, and when I continued it started my game new instead of keeping my ship and upgrades. So to someone who knows, what exactly do you press to continue with your ship into a new game? I'm playing hardcore now, but I don't have my ship or money... EDIT: ok, kind of nevermind, I think I know what's going on. I'm broke, new game, new ship, no upgrades, but all the alien tech is available. So that must be the deal, fresh new game, harder difficulty, but all the alien tech is already mine.
So much praise from everyone including myself that I think I should throw a spanner in the works.... Brandon, I'd prefer the icon to lose the "Space Miner", I honestly think that icons should never include their title as you always have the title under the icon so you could have more room for an even better icon I actually think the icon is one of the best I've seen considering it has the title embedded in it though hehe
What a cracking game! I've never been a fan of Asteroids (I still struggle with the controls at times on this) but the RPG element makes the game so good! That feeling where you upgrade your ship but want to go out and mine some more to see what your new purchase is like, and then buy another addon WELL worth £2.99!
