here we go.... I'm not sure why there is a sale, but this is a great game. Just wish it happened a little later, instead of the same month it was released. This tactical top-down shooter puts you in the shoes of specialist Burton in his hunt for dangerous fugitives after a disastrous prison break. TACTICAL COMBAT Use the environment to your advantage. Avoid attacks by taking cover. Flank enemies for extra efficiency, but avoid getting flanked yourself! Use the tools of the trade to gain an edge - frag grenades, flash bangs, distractions, personal shields, proximity mines and more. STEALTH Choose your approach with care. Some say running into the fray guns blazing isn’t always the best option. Use distractions to single out opponents. Use disguises and covers to sneak past irrelevant guards. Use silenced weapons to covertly reduce the enemy numbers. LOAD-OUTS & GEAR Choosing your load-out is a big part of your tactics. In addition to body armor and grenades you can carry one two-handed and one single-handed weapon in each mission - and there’s something for everyone. Shotguns, handguns, assault rifles, sniper rifles, crossbows, energy weapons, throwing axes and more. ### IMPORTANT ### Please note that iPhone 4 is not supported. • Tactical top-down shooter • Episodic storyline in three chapters - ALL chapters out now! • Gorgeous stylistic HD graphics rendered in Retina resolution (full Retina not supported on iPad 3) • Optimized for iOS 8 and Metal graphics! • Wide range of weapons and gear • Performance based mission rewards • Multiple factions to fight with or against – or pitch against each other • Dual stick controls with a set of different options • MFi controller support (requires extended layout) • iCloud save game support • GameCenter achievements • English, Deutsch, Français, Español, Italiano, 简体中文, 한국어, 日本語, русский, Português do Brasil Information Seller:Pixelbite Genre:Action, Adventure Release:Jan 08, 2015 Updated:Jun 30, 2020 Version:1.4.2 Size:404.6 MB TouchArcade Rating: User Rating: (87) Your Rating:unrated Compatibility:HD Universal https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/space-marshals/id834315918?mt=8 orangecan Well-Known Member Aug 9, 2011 1,997 145 63 #2 orangecan, Jan 30, 2015 Fantastic game, I don't normally do twin stick shooters but this is absolutely brilliant. One-purchase-per-week makes it hard to keep up with new titles, but it makes me keep up with both backlog and budget. I haven't played it enough to justify having bought it on day one, BUT I can say that this was a must-have at full price, so at a discount and with a new chapter update coming in the following weeks, I can't shout loud enough that THIS GAME IS A MUST. I haven't had a chance to get too far in myself either but at full price it was worth it, so if anyone was on the fence, be sure and grab it up. Plus those with low faith in episodic games, well second episode is coming so they have demonstrated a commitment to fulfil their promise. And it'll be a free update with the second episode so no good reason at all not to buy it. Oh and second episode will be in March sometime (finishing touches going on), forgot to say that. L.Lawliet Well-Known Member Jun 28, 2011 6,388 397 83 #9 L.Lawliet, Jan 30, 2015 I'm about to pick this up! Quick questions though, what's the file size uncompressed and in general, how long is the first episode. Maybe a rough guess? I want to see the longevity of this game. Unless it's a quick 3 hour play then delete type thing I've seen so often with story shooters. KeKhan Well-Known Member May 28, 2012 1,380 43 48 #10 KeKhan, Jan 30, 2015 Waaaay too soon for a price drop. I just bought this and am pretty pissed they dropped the price so soon. Game came out only a few weeks ago. Really hate it when devs do that. Based Xatu Well-Known Member Aug 27, 2013 1,937 0 0 #11 Based Xatu, Jan 30, 2015 First episode lets you replay levels to get new gear- so depending on how good you are, a few hours. It's exactly 180 MB uncompressed. klink ð® Spam Police ð Jul 22, 2013 1,617 0 0 No thank you USA https://twitter.com/BitGamerX #12 klink, Jan 30, 2015 Bought. I'm a sucker for AAAA titles for 3 bucks! funem Well-Known Member Jan 11, 2014 276 0 16 #13 funem, Jan 30, 2015 It may have gone down in price but it was about £2.99 when it was released and went up to £3.99 when the appstore price restructure happened, so its not really gone down by that much from the release price overall. orangecan Well-Known Member Aug 9, 2011 1,997 145 63 #14 orangecan, Jan 30, 2015 Also according to the TA news story the second chapter will be a free update! Reason being I'm generally not into stealth games, but this an absolute riot to play. Definitely don't miss out on it! Coldar Well-Known Member Dec 26, 2008 2,458 5 38 Upstate NY/USA #16 Coldar, Jan 31, 2015 I'd been curious of the game since it launched but been busy with other's but noticed the sale, so bought and tried it for only a quick taste of the play and already it seems to be turning into a priority game that's screaming to play more. Solip:System Well-Known Member Jan 31, 2015 52 0 0 #17 Solip:System, Jan 31, 2015 yeah I noticed that too... and it was still listed high in hot games even before the price drop... doesn't seem totally fair. Nobunaga Well-Known Member Jun 2, 2012 1,094 0 0 #18 Nobunaga, Feb 1, 2015 Seems pretty "fair". Anyway, great game. Bought it day one. Thought it was a great value. Even if the new content didn't come out. Or was paid DLC. Now we know the first dlc pack will be free and people feel things aren't " fair". Solip:System Well-Known Member Jan 31, 2015 52 0 0 #19 Solip:System, Feb 1, 2015 lol, I'm not complaining at all... just sort of agree with KeKhan, seems quite soon for a price drop considering how recently it was released/ people paid 5 bucks for it... I didn't actually purchase right away, but I'll probably get it now they lowered the price... just thought maybe devs should start with the lower price as a way of thanking the early supporters, not the other way around... Mess Well-Known Member Jul 17, 2013 1,353 0 0 #20 Mess, Feb 1, 2015 Agree with the second point, I do prefer the low introductory price and will often pick up games because of it. However, the game is either worth what you originally paid for it or not. This game definitely is, so I have zero issue in the price drop as it basically doesn't affect me. Likewise, a price drop in a game I bought that isn't worth the orginal price doesn't change my feelings. At the end of the day a fricking Starbucks coffee cost more than a lot of some really good games* so it ain't the end of the world!! *side note, I always thought this was not really true until I noticed the price of their coffees, they are stupid expensive!
