SWIV? Alien Trilogy? Sold on the basis that I must owe you guys some more money considering the amount of time I spent on those classics. Sounds like I also get a great iOS game from the deal.
Game Impressions Yep; it's a beauty! I love the style and it's a lot of fun; what more could you ask? Also, the fact that you're a guy rather than a ship puts me in mind of The VCs from 2000AD which has to be a good thing. "VAPE 'EM!" 5 star review posted with pleasure.
We want to implement iCade support for Space Junk - if people want this, then tweet to @marmaladeapps and request support for this. Go on...you know you want to
I want iCade support for this too. Sorry don't tweet either - hoping that I paid for it is enough It'll be great on the iCade though!! I suspect iCade ownership has increased quite a lot since December, so hopefully there'll be more iCade demand for retro style games now.
iCade support isn't an option at the moment due to the SDK used to develop Space Junk. SDK FAIL ! We're working on it.
Ahhh, so you need to talk to the makers of the SDK you used to somehow tweak stuff so iCade support would be possible?
Yes - the SDK will only connect to another device running the SDK via bluetooth. It will not at the moment connect with an anonymous device like iCade. 99% of the code is ready and working for iCade support - at the moment I have been using an iPod to control the iPad via bluetooth to simulate control by iCade. Just trying to get the SDK support from the makers to be able to implement this properly.
It's coming soon...working on about 4 different things at the moment...so been a bit busy. For those that want to take a look at Space Junk but don't want to part with their money may I suggest this... http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/space-junk-lite/id493523900?ls=1&mt=8
This game is a gem. This new version is fantastic. There is a bug on ipad 2 (IOS 9.3.5): the mode Bloom Off doesn't work (the spaceman and the objects are invisible). Fortunately, everything goes back to normal when I shift to the Bloom On mode.
