Since its basically turn-based I dont see the problem with dpad, Pad size is questionable on Ipad though
Yeah it's two bucks so I probably won't bother. I guess I'll just take the loss and remember to wait for actual gameplay videos here in the future.
Enjoying this but the inventory button needs moving! Every time I try to move up I hit the bloody thing!!
I'm only about 4 games in, but holy wahoo this is awesome! I didn't think anything would be able to really pull me away from Crashlands, but I think today is gonna be a Space Grunts day. =oD
I was considering buying this but the controls issue is a deal breaker. Thanks for the impressions and warnings. Seems like it was a straight port from PC to mobile without implementing mobile's strenghts (proper touch controls etc.) At this point, implementing proper touch controls seems impossible, it's probably too late or would take a very long time and you'd forget about this game at that point. I also don't understand people who criticize someone asking for a refund. I always use the refund feature on iTunes and Steam when I need to, even if it's $0.99
Hmmm... What's the difference in the daily dungeon? Is it just a randomized set of levels/are there different rules...?
Strange, should be available worldwide.. checked the list, and Germany is included. might be an error on App store side, hope it gets fixed asap
It's the same level for all players on all devices once a day. Sadly I couldn't add leaderboards to the mobile versions, because app store / google play don't allow me to generate new leaderboards from code on a daily basis :/ There are achievements linked to the daily, so that's why I did keep it in the game for those wanting to 100% all achievements and have a good challenge
It's the best way to control the game tho. I had swipe-movement in the game, but that doesn't really play comfortable on either tablet or phone Also a control like heroes of loot doesn't work obviously since this is a 1 direction at a time .. thus the directional-pad is used. sad to see you won't give it a try because of dpad controls!
Awesome, thanks for the info! There's a good chance this'll overtake HOL as my # 1 favorite OrangePixel game. The mix of turn-based and action mechanics is done so well... It's just a blast to play. Thank you for the sale, and I hope this is a huge one for you and your team. =oD
