Build stuff anywhere while ensuring adequate coverage for power, water, fire, police, medical, schools and so on. Numerous buildings and utilities to unlock/upgrade. To help keep everything balanced there are screens full of statistics, analytics, graphs and pie charts. All good stuff for the dedicated town planner. Being disappointed by the timer based SC Build it, this looks to be doing a better job.
