This game is frustratingly hard. I normally stop with anger and come back an hour later, beat the level, try the next, fail, and repeat.
This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. What are you on level 2? edit: Looked through their posts. Pretty much every post is just complaining about how bad some top-rated game is.
Just went back and played this. You need to press the button, go get the little guy that helps you run faster, then go to the secret world which you can get to by jumping on the red spring jumper thing and pick up the guy little guy with the Mexican hat. Then that jump you need to make, you run fast to get ready for it and jump, then you can make it.
So pocketgamer gave Soosiz a silver award (8/10). Now remember that these are the same guys that gave Spider and iBlast Moki silver 8/10, and gave Samurai and CocotoKart 6/10. The analysis is not that bad, but their scoring system needs some improvement.
This is by far the best platformer on the iDevice. Very cute artstyle, extremely tight controls, fun gameplay, excellent level design and a great sound track. If you've somehow missed this and has even just a slight interest in platform games, buy this now
Yes I got the two little guys. So I need to break into a run for the jump? I have no idea Soosiz is such an action hero. Thanks! I'll try it out later
Currently on Moon world level 3 and wow, this level is COOL! I normally don't keep returning to a thread to comment, but I'm just too impressed with this game, it has the right level of challenge with new elements thrown in every 1-2 levels. Has me captivated and kept coming back for more.
lol at the beginning i can imagine everyone staring at him in the coffee shop while he laughs to himself like a retard but still a nice, compelling, epic review. it would of convinced me to get it, had I not have already bought it
Hi all, I played through the flower world level 6 twice and could not find the secret world with the little guy to get the gold medal. Anyone know how you get to the secret world. Thanks!
Lol, I actually answered another post about this same secret a couple of days ago As soon as the level starts, just jump up and down in place a couple of times and notice what happens... I don't want to spoil it completely since it's a pretty nifty secret, but you should be able to figure out the rest from there.
lolz....at least I'm not alone. thx I'm still trying to decide how much I really like this game. It's definably a good platform, but I'm just finding it repeative and one could say the same thing about all platformers, but I feel with this game, I complete a level and I'm done with it. Now desire to go back and play it because there are not that many secrets, extra lives or alternative routes to find. And the boss levels are rather easy for Boss levels. Like with Bounce On, I play it once to get through the level, then I played it again to get all the gems, then I played it again to beat the time limit. There are times when Soosiz is really hard and challenging, but most of the time, it just seems pretty repetitive to me. But it's a really good game....well done Touch Foo.
Having trouble on World 3 Blue Coins II "Not Again", toward the end where there's a long downhill ramp with three coins at the bottom that I can't seem to grab before falling out of control. Any tips? Should I jump for them or let the gravity of the ramp take over?
I suspect this game is suffering from not having a lite version. Lite versions sell 10 to 20 times better than the paid version and some of those lite version buyers convert.
Just got the world 7, level 7, and I hate the 'randomly choose a button and have a 2/3 chance to be sent to the beginning'. Can anyone tell me if there's maybe an order to it, and if not, can anyone tell me the exact order to press the buttons? First time I actually dislike a level in the game for being unfair. EDIT: Never Mind, just powerd my way through. Final boss is surprisingly easy once I figured out I could stay on a top platform indefinitely. Great game! I agree with the general sentiment that this really is the best platformer on the iPhone, and perhaps the only platformer on the iPhone that gave enjoyment that approaches Mario or Metroid fun. Rolando, while fun, is really a puzzler, and none of the other platformers even came close to being like a good nintendo game. I'd happily pay 5 euros for a sequel, if not more. So go make it!
