I had to wait for today to buy this because I was away up north and didn't have access to WiFi, and it's too large to download over 3G. (Damn limitations) I was afraid I'd miss the sale. Fortunately I snagged it, and I'm glad I did. Very slick. Fun (though disorienting) gameplay, nicely presented with good graphics, sounds and music, and easy controls. A surefire winner from any standpoint, and easily worth the $2 sale price. Anyone who's still holding off for some reason, don't. Unless you want to pay full price -- but whatever you do it's worth it.
Money isn't too important to me in this dilemma of mine. But I'm beginning to run out of space on my 16Gig, and I might get either this or the Rolando series. I'm rather confused on which I should pick.
i think u should go with soosiz. ive never played rolando, but this game is just so much damn fun, lots of levels, and it actually gets quite challenging. im enjoying it alot and prob wont get the rolando series just cause this satisfied my gamers appetite
Both of them are fun, but Soosiz seems like a solid platformer similar to Mario or Castle of Magic. I just bought it. I also like Rolando, but it doesn't have a virtual control pad like Soosiz and can sometimes be tricky to control. Hope that helps
way better than rolando. Sure, there are 2 rolandos and both are fun, but this is just so much more fun. I do suggest however, that if you have extra cash, get all 3 xP
heh, i got gold on that without star power Very fun game, worth way more than $2, and im not even done yet. But i've spent 1hour and 40minutes playing it already
Picked this up a while ago, never enjoyed Rolando or Gomi (didn't like the lites) but I found this platformer to my delight.
I was dizzy when i was watching the video, but it's still fun to watch. It's not my type but I do enjoy watching others playing it.
I bought it and deleted Rolando. Perhaps not the best idea, but it's either/or as I'm running low on space. Game is pretty good. I beat the first world, and I'm in the beginning of mushroom world. I've been playing for a little over forty minutes. As one who use to love playing Mario-type sidescrollers, I come to enjoy it somewhat, but I guess it's just not my thing as much as it use to be. I think I might get rid of it once I beat it.
im lovin it....everything about it works incredibly well. the dev is definitely on to something here....i think its the fact that the controls are so simple....and just work. we couldnt ask for a better control scheme....left/right and jump. im about half way through the mushroom world....im tryin to savor it.haha theres a couple other good titles that came out too so...been playin those too.haha soosiz....its GOLD.
When you're actually playing it, you don't really get dizzy because after a while you're more focused on the next platform to jump to or enemy ahead rather than the rotating background.
