In times like these... I have an iPod Touch. I don't really give a crap about it, although I love to use my PS3. Yeah, I got SOCOM 4. Did I get to play online? No. I can live without it, because there's still another day to play. If there isn't another day for me? Then I wouldn't be worrying about it. The only thing I have to worry about is my credit card info. All I care the most is that Sony learns from this stuff.
Lol ya I know what ur trying to say and I agree. It would take Sony a lot of effort and time to give people free stuff and plus, almost every console hits a bump in the road at some point.
Everything I say is "hilariously misguided" isn't it? Just like in that thread when I said it was stupid to charge for retina graphics? Whenever I go into a thread and state my opinion, you follow right behind me telling me that I'm wrong. Oh, and I never said that they entitled to give me something, I said that it would be nice if they did.
Have u ever thought that maybe he doesnt like u? Maybe he just doesnt like ur opinion and he has the right to argue against ur opinion u know. you dont had to agree with him, he's just stating his thoughts.
I'm with hodapp on this. PSN is rarely closed and is generally a good service, especially considering we're paying nothing for it. To think we deserve some kind of compensation is pretty absurd. And it's not like it's Sony's fault if PSN got hacked. Now would be a good time to play some games offline, or even go outside and enjoy the nice weather (in the UK at least ).
I don't know what the big commotion is about is not like its never going to be fix. Imagine if something big was down like the internet that would affect alot of people its just the psn guys you can still play games offline.
PS Move? That won't make any sense for the 2 people with Move because we payed for a $400 console (at least I did) and deserve something free, maybe a selection of 3 different PSN games.
I paid $400 of my own money too, but guess what Sony got hacked... I would appeal to the supreme court and make the hackers buy you a game, they're the ones at fault..
That's weird, maybe because it's the ca.kotaku.com website? I hate the new Kotaku/Gawker design, so this is the way I avoid it. On Topic: At least I can still use my PS3 Netflix service, that's really what I sign into my PS3 mostly for nowadays. I heard Hulu Plus subscribers aren't so lucky.
shit happens and you don't deserve compensation because of it. Just because the US government shit all its funds away and continues to screw over the citizens of this country (and others) doesn't mean we all deserve some sort of compensation for it. You shouldn't complain about something you get for free. Us xbox guys gotta pay for our service, and if our service goes down then we have a somewhat meaningful argument. Well moreso than the PSN folks. Im not trying to attack PSN users I am only trying to put things into perspective so that I and others can read a simple gist of everyones arguments.
