hmmmm silence is a tricky thing...either they made some sort of deal, or threatened to sue his ass... I dunno...Heres to hoping this goes thru, this is the first time i read about it thanks for the valuable info

I don't think they'd sue him since he was basically making it for them, to show them how it could be done. They'd probably just say "nah..." then sue if he tried to release it.

kinda sounds like thats exactly what happened. Basically seems to signify a..."yeh thats hot and we'll think about it, but keep showin stuff and we're comin after you"

lets hope this isnt the case....man its been a long time since ive played that game, never actually owned a sega cd but a friend had one that i would sit in front of for hours, i couldnt afford one back then

 

Any news on this? Has SEGA approved / bought it?

 

Hope SEGA get their act together and pull a GENESIS emulator ala C64 with DLC games. I don't mind shelling some $$$ for a GOOD port of Sonic, Golden Axe, Alex Kidd, Wonderboy, etc.

 

so any word lately. i noticed some of these posts are over a year old but i'm yet to find the game anywhere. also this guy is dead on with the soundtracks. i'm partial to the US version because it brings back memories of rock'n this game on sega cd. but i love having alternatives
