I don't know if this site ever posted about it, but Stanford was offering an iPhone programming course in their computer science department. Apparently they are going to be putting those courses onto iTunesU (according to a gizmodo article) as podcasts (FOR FREE!!!!). The article said later this week (was posted today so I don't know if that means later next week or..) so if anyone wanted more videos other than the getting started ones Apple posted it might be worth it to check that out.
Wow! pretty cool! Thanks for posting. I didn't know about that. It surprises me that Stanford would do an iPhone course... hmmm... I wonder what other universities are also following suit.
This is great.. I was bummed that I couldn't find the PDFs online any more as they took them down for the new class. But I'll give them up for podcasts, that is excellent.
http://www.stanford.edu/class/cs193p/cgi-bin/downloads.php That site is the homepage for the class so they have the materials in pdf form for download as well
Ah finally its online When several of us check early this week, both the podcast and the pdf werent available from the Standford website. I am currently downloading the podcast and going to listen to it later on. This is great! Thanks for the tips guys. Fred
