Indeed, it's really shocking and this is NOT a example. this app sound like a app make in one day. Genius? I don't think so because the dev use ilegal stuff. Mario in this case. So if this app is cool, description or not, We don't want to see many clones right ?.And that going to happen guys ! As a developer who spend lot of times and effort to polish our games for months with many features etc ( even if nobody care about our production, it's for you touch arcade ! it's not Mario I guess? ) Maybe I Will make a sound interface in 3D ! wow 3D, forgot about the game play, the features and all this stuff, it's not a game it's 3D !! A 3d no interface old ilegal sound player online with openfeint ! Sound's stupid ? no it's Mario & friends...in 3D ! This sound totaly unfair for us. In fact, the AppStore system in unfair by himself. They don't care about quality, they care only about numbers even if the app is good or bad without giving any chances. That's my point of view.
I've got review with one star just because the game won't download correctly with iTunes. Yes now dev receive rating also for the bad technical support of iTunes. I just want to say to those guys, so if you buy a DVD you rate the movie without seeing it just because your DVD player won't work correctly?
I don't understand how Apple approved an app with such obvious copyright infringements. Can't Nintendo sue them and the developer? Sure doesn't seem like a smart move to me...
