Need a laugh? Go on to the app store. Look at the number 2 app. The Mario app. That's rated one star. Now look in the reviews. People are rating it one star because they thought it wa actual Mario games, when the app description clearly says it has video game sounds. People are accusing the app of false advertising, insulting the developers, and rating the app one star simply because they didn't read the description. The idiocy and nerve of some people....
Maybe it's actually a game, but disguised as sounds so that it won't get pulled? It would be a great way to have a copyrighted game on the iPhone longer. But I hardly think that's the case.
I'm pretty sure the plan of the app was to fool people into buying the app because they think it's the actual game (Kinda what happened with the MW2 app, but that had a point other than just game sounds). But you can't really blame them for taking advantage of a person's stupidity and capitalizing on it.
Me one of the people stupid enough to buy such an app? No. I would have read about a billion threads about the game on here had it been the real Mario, and thus been able to discern its truthfulness.
This is just like people signing contracts without them taking the time to read it over because it may screw them over. Think before you act is the lesson people need to adapt to.
Well, i think there are alot of moronic reviews on itunes simply because they are 10-12 year olds who haven't hit puberty.
I was just on the top free apps and was reading a review for the winter sports olympics app.... One of the reviews was "whys it only winter stuff?" Never trust a review on itunes
It will all be funny when Nintendo bankrupt the dev and take all that money for the blatant copyright and trademark infringement. It is really shocking that this app made it passed the review process.
